The speed of the earth is seen relative to other other bodies in space. Watching the sun sweeping across the sky is one way to determine how fast it is spinning. Measuring the spin relative to nothing is hard or impossible. Measuring the earth's speed around the galaxy is very hard to do. Change in speed (acceleration and deceleration) is easy to do. Steady speed (no acceleration or deceleration) can't be done without something (fixed) to compare it to. If the part of our galaxy which we belong to moves at the same speed as we do we have no relative speed compared to that part and thus can't detect any movement relative to that part. Only by watching something moving relative to us we see some speed. We still won't know if we're fixed and the other parts are moving or if both we and the other parts are moving or if the other parts are fixed and we are moving. All we see is the relative speed between us as observers and the objects we are observing.

If we're floating in an aether (no reason to believe that we're not doing so) we will be carried with it like a boat carried with a flow of water. Thus a boat in a vortex or in the Atlantic golf stream won't be able to detect any speed between the vortex and itself as they both have the same speed (fixed to each other). Measuring to some distant reference point is what is needed. This is the problem in detecting the speed of the aether as we're fixed to it or floating in it. Measuring the density or pressure of the aether would be easier like measuring the vacuum permittivity and vacuum permeability. That would be more like measuring the atmospheric pressure while there is no speed of the wind detected. At no wind speed the wind moves exactly at the same speed as the ground and thus is fixed relative to the ground. While haven't been on the equator I guess that the wind there can move exactly at the same speed (and direction) as the ground and thus will be detected as not blowing or fixed relative to the ground. Same applies to the aether.

Definitely no proof for that! Everything seems to be moving relative to each other. So there is no proof that we are a fixed center where everything else moves by. According to the theory of Wilbert B. Smith for existence there has to be movement. Stopping every movement disintegrates the particles into not existing anymore.

The problem is can anyone come up with such a proof that can't be disproved. If looking at the proofs of a globe earth they don't seem to be able to disprove (give it a try). For disproving a proof something better has to replace it. Coming up with something worse like the things claimed as proofs for the flat earth theory on YouTube shouldn't even be called proofs. This is definitely not the scientific method. First find the flaws in existing proofs and then come up with something better having an even better (more precise) explanation of the observations. Always refine and seek the truth. Keep evolving and let the religious people evolve too or let them stay in the dark ages but let them a least have a choice.

Perhaps after all it can be used to prove that what is written even in some of the oldest books doesn't have to be true no matter if it is the most sold book ever made. The scientific method isn't about popularity but about getting closer to the truth. Try using that method. You can enlighten yourself that way.

 Yet they have all consistently and continually yielded a velocity for the Earth of exactly ZERO mph. The toil of thousands of exasperated researchers, in the extremely varied experiments of Arago, De Coudre's induction, Fizeau, Fresnell drag, Hoek, Jaseja's lasers, Jenkins, Klinkerfuess, Michelson-Morley interferometry, Lord Rayleigh's polarimetry, Troughton-Noble torque, and the famous 'Airy's Failure' experiment, all conclusively failed to show any rotational or translational movement for the earth, whatsoever.
 

 
 Some of these did of course demonstrate the existence of the ether and ether drag. In other words, every experiment formulated, devised, constructed, conducted and repeated by every empirical scientist in human history that has attempted to objectively confirm the empirical premises underlying the Copernican Heliocentric model, to wit: that the earth is rotating on its own axis at approximately 1037+ plus miles and hour (at the equator) and that the earth is orbiting the sun at the alleged speed of approximately 67,000 mph has come up with an absolutely null result…it has been repeatedly, conclusively, empirically and irrefutably scientifically demonstrated tens of thousands of times that the earth simply does not move.
 

 No legitimate scientific experiment ever conducted has indicated otherwise. At this point this has become firmly fixed, confirmed, indubitable and unquestionably established (but utterly suppressed) peer reviewed science, despite all of the absurd, groundless, irrational, pseudo-scientific, strictly external reality free grossly theoretical attempts (with no external references) to make this empirical truth, fact and reality “go away”.
 

 Since the earth is and has been conclusively proven to be motionless, the Copernican Heliocentric model has been absolutely, conclusively and decisively refuted. People can ignore the unrefuted and irrefutable scientific evidence and dogmatically and close-mindedly cling to the now utterly refuted and disproven pseudo-scientific myth and religion of Copernican Heliocentristic scientism and evolutionism, walking in step with millions of other intelligent but uninformed and deluded people if they wish, but know that they do so despite all the relevant continually confirmed, repeated and repeatable scientific evidence and at the risk of the loss of any scientific and intellectual honesty, integrity and credibility they may have once possessed.
 

 
 We have obediently accepted Astronomy through education indoctrination.  People's love of Space is programmed by books, TV shows and movies.  The concept of no Space is incomprehensible to them.
 

 Then there is the fact that nobody can find the curvature that goes with a ball earth; the truth is that no matter how high they go they can't find the curvature unless a Go-Pro lens is used.

 

 Many people have the pride of higher learning. They have their bachelor in physics and their masters and tell us not to talk about the flat earth.  They say that science proved the Earth is a sphere a long time ago.  We live in a heliocentric solar system.  Galileo observed four moons orbiting Saturn with his telescope in 1610.
 

 They go on to say: "I don't need to look at flat earth proofs.  I know the earth is not flat.  All the scientists in the world know the earth is not flat.  If you had half a brain you would know the earth is not flat."
 
 The truth is, it is very difficult to shake free from 16+ years of programming where they spent 12 years in school, 4 years in college, 2 years for masters and 8 years average for PhD.
 

 After 16+ years of programming comes Pride, Accomplishment and Absolute Knowledge.  The danger of Pride and Absolute Knowledge is when they come across evidence that challenges their Absolute Knowledge, their Pride won't allow it.
