Thank you for your help. Playing like a kid with it may be the key. I have built a coupling capacitor bank from 15 uF to 75 uF per line. I just started with 15 uF, but it does not work anymore, just both diode plugs together. I had not tested that yet. I will now retrofit diodes D2 and D5. Fast diodes do not have to be that or?!?. I did not think that I could be happy about something like that again. I have increased the reactor inductance to 35 milli Henry I think it runs more stable and you can adjust the triggering of the scr better. I would like to test the ignition of the auxiliary scrs with glow lamps again I hope the current load of the pots is not as high as with the 18V Tvs diodes. Greetings Sven

Depends on impedance and impedance is also relative to frequency used .
I have the D2 and D5 installed but my system breaks down immediately, then I have D2 and D5 mounted only between the coils but without significant measurable difference only that the energy was exchanged. I have built there switch for the first diode in the positive diode plug and negative diode plug. so that there is no uncontrolled switching on when switching on because a capacitor has already charged.
That's the big question, of course, because I did not put the coupling capacitors out because I did not get the system up and running with the other components. Man also needs a sense of achievement. laughing.
Is there a relation to the resonance capacity and the coupling capacity?
yes as the speed may make discharge lead or lag , keeping it in center is advisable
Example: 10 μF resonance capacity
2 x 100 μF coupling capacity as ratio.
