Hello Warren, there is no development in space travel the space shuttle is already ancient and retired. Can the USA still fly into space on its own? You can sell anything, I think if it were possible, there would be a lot of people who would pay a lot of money. I once read that survival outside the radiation protection belt of the earth is not so easy. That's why all spaceflight missions are within this protective belt. There used to be no more propaganda race between the US and the USSR. The Sputnik should also be a lie. But I'm not too busy with it. As comparison. Somebody climbed Mount Everest at some point and that's not easy, but more and more people are doing it. Best regards Sven

It cost a lot of money to fly to the moon.
The military industrial complex got redirected for a short time doing a lot of research and development, but not making their normal huge profits.
They failed to come home with bags of gold , or even green cheese, so the shareholders pushed for a good old fashioned war in Vietnam where the companies produce like crazy, war munitions, and then they blow them all up in some distant place making giant profits from a gullible public. Well, not quite so gullible, that we didn't complain a bit.
Oh, they landed on the moon all right, and drove an electric dune buggy around.
Not exactly the right images for selling gas, for gas guzzling Chevrolets, and Pontiacs, or those Shelby Mustangs.
The public's imagination was being spun away from the moon at full speed, because it was not good for business.
The business of the military industrialists was not compatible with multi national space efforts.

Hector makes it easier, he says Radio Frequency = Radiant Energy. And VAR is a very low frequency radio wave trapped in the LC of a transformer and capacitor. That's how I always see it.
I always ask myself or have not found anything yet. The various filters such as high pass and low pass as LC block only the interfering frequencies or absorb their energy and convert them into the frequency of the filter's passage?!?.
This with ET gets too esoteric, although I'm sure there is life on this planet, why should not there be life elsewhere? Only the distances are insurmountable for my understanding. I am also someone who is firmly convinced that no one was yet on the moon, if it really was like that someone would have been flying up again in the last 40 years.

The magnetic field of a coil is a coherent field. Each turn or fraction of a turn sends out part of the magnetic field. By doubling the number of turns while having the same current through them quadruples the stored energy of the magnetic field. This is coherence. When doubling the number of turns by just having two separate coils with the same current going through them only doubles the energy stored. This is in a way more like superposition where at half the time the waves are added (quadrupling the energy) while the remaining time the field cancels out giving no stored energy. I consider a magnetic field as made up of shock waves emitted from moving charges. When each little wave front becomes coherent they form a magnetic field. For figures see 'Matter Is Made Of Waves'

This is the fourth figure that is also missing on the page. Here are three point emitters to make up the magnetic field lines. The wavelengths and distances must match to make the field pattern. This is where coherence comes into play. Random emitted waves doesn't form magnetic fields.

No idea. It was intended for a force field and to learn some new physics unknown to mankind. The ETs don't seem to agree on how much it's allowed to interfere with our world. It can have big consequences for them if they're from a future timeline which it seems that the ones interviewed in this book are. The ET crew that visited the Mexican professor aren't allowed to visit us any more because of interference by preventing the Russian submarine Kursk from a nuclear explosion that could have stopped the nuclear age. At least that's what they tell in the book.
