Sounds like a lot of work but will be an amazing place to work once you 
are settled.

Amazing what some of us payed for the old technology at the time which 
now has almost no value.

I think you might enjoy Dayton O Hydes writings, he was/is a 
conservationist before that was a known moniker.  His last fight is to 
prevent his wild horse sanctuary from being destroyed by Chinese uranium 
miners, he is now in his 90's
