Rain interruption goes even to an ancient tradition in some culture. Some
use it to prevent rain at party. But modern technology also exists. But we
should be scared to people who play with technology that can alter weather
but do not acknowledge it.

People would not believe that a big long pipe with connecting tube can
invite rain storm. but it can happen. People would not believe that a
simple two rotating magnet can alter weather in front and behind it. But it
can happen. Some do not believe that Bob Boyce Hex Controller can invite
storm or local lightning. But I believe it. Ion gun and HAARP are just the
"official" method of altering the weather.

I hope you will believe that a device that can alter water freezing speed
will also able to alter weather. And I hope you test your device with
physical test before using them to "improve" your local area. I hope you
only use device that prevent water from freezing, so you will not prevent
rain from falling to your area.

Please do not use device that make ice stay solid even in a room
temperature.

And for people that is currently make orgonite. Please test your device
with physical test too (water freezing, wild birds, clouds reaction, car
engine test, etc). Do not just rely on bovis reading or dowsing. They are
separate thing.
