Kono have you tried the new glue mix yet its cheap crazy glue and arm and.
hammer baking soda .it turn out like glass and is harder than epoxie .just
put the crazy glue on the parts with a little over flow and hold them
together while sprinkling on the baking soda .its as tuff as it gets and
cheap .I think there fixing radiators with it too .it cures fast .you wound
believe how good this works .theres really nothing in the stores like it .

Hi James
I read about this too bit have not tried it yet thanks
I mix blacksand with super glue fpr cores, also put on masking tape to threaded axles then coat and soak witb super glue to make fiber like sleeve so bearings on axle doesnt rattle or wobble.
Trick i have for fixing rusted out parts of cars is mix gorilla glue with wadded up strands of carbon fiber weave, stuff it into rusted out bole, and tbe gorilla glue exbands when cures holds to metal super great dries stronger than steel this mix and can be sanded and bondo put on top to.make invisible. i fixed 76 alfaromeo rusted out under windsbeild like tbis came out to be very strong notbing else worked.

Hi James
You can get good black sand for cores on internet (ebay) look for black sand with guaranteed trace amount of gold in it...oregon and washington coast goldminers sell it. Or nust drag a big magnet around your favorite sandy beach, sift it to fine grit, use super glue to bond it into shape or epoxy

I think your in for quite a surprise i use crazy glue a lot and on fan
blades after several days there still flexible but when I tried this on one
it doesn't flex at all ! Its like glass I repaired a solar light with a
broken steam on it and used two coats of this ...rock solid ..I've dropped
it twice now and no damage to the repair .you got access to black sand ?.
