while its a remarkable achievement to duplicate Tesla, It is my opinion, some of his inventions have been rendered obsolete. 

 What Dollard guy is doing is, same ole same ole.  Expensive copper contraptions that is EXPENSIVE for the Planet much less the pocket.
 

 Joe's Cold Fusion Battery or even his 2 magnet motor design makes Tesla obsolete. Cheap inexpensive and very powerful JoeCells in the hands of every household is the way to go. 

 

 Dollard wants an "energy empire" that replaces existing energy empires. Still this is what you get when they think in terms of electrons. 

 

 at the 6,41 mark I would add that all of Joes 'electrical' generators using water, he has only one wire or electrode output. 

 

 You can chose to donate to Dollard or you can investigate the JoeCell and inquire how to get in on the ground floor.

Well I don't see it that way but the thing that I don't understand about
dollar is if he's in to Tesla so much why is he not being fourth coming
concering the free energy he's very smart but this don't under stand .its
been demonstrated by others and with  diy setup that its there but not a
peep out of him .cw and ccw pancake coils tuned to resonance are cheap!  as
hell .to reach ou .
