 Switching power supplies have to much NOISE or other frequencies that interfere with health and oil.
 

 So if power supplies only supply 'electrons' why is the effect on the water being charged by the Water Module different' for each 'type' of power supply? A source of never ending research into FREQUENCY of Plasma.
