https://youtu.be/xPx8D5sq01A This is a bit boring to begin with, but wait! It does get interesting. There he goes! He's another one doing it.I am still bumbling along, with my make shift machine shop, here, turning a stub shaft to adapt the 3/4" generator shaft to the 22mm Samsung spline rotor drive. My big lathe is still in my shop in Toronto, so I am using a weenie little Chinese toy lathe, to drill and ream the 3/4" hole to fit the generator. The final reaming to exact diameterhas to be done in the lathe, but turned by hand, as the DC motor in the toy lathe doesn't have the low speed torque needed, but otherwise it seems pretty accurate.Cutting the spline using the carriage rack gear should be a finicky little task, with cutting the grooves. Fortunately they are pretty shallow, having 20 of them. Cheers Warren Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android
