Samsung motor

DougDo you have access to our very early Evergray picture files where we each had a file of photos?In my mess of photos, there, I took a picture of a very large generator that Tesla designed, and George Westinghouse built, originally for the Chicago's World fair in 1893.This unit was a copy bought by a Canadian lumber baron, complete with turbine, and installed at a waterfall in Georgian BayIt now sits in the rain outside a  little museum, where the staff have no idea what it is. It was the prototype for Niagara Falls, among other things.If you might still have that photo of that generator, now painted turquoise blue, with some left over pool paint, ( better than left to rust, I guess) lay it next to this photo of the Samsung, I am sending you.
You will note that the Samsung is different. It has permanent magnets in that thin array around the inside of the rotating rimThey are NSNS.... Tesla had to use electro magnets as he didn't have neo permanent ones, otherwise, nothing that different.Tesla didn't have transistors so he used mechanical commentators that only worked for 75 years, or so, trouble free, supplying three phase electricity to surrounding mills and towns.Motors, generators, meh! The same thing!It would be, perhaps, helpful, (as it is a ten hour round trip from here to snap another photo), if Darrell, or someone, knows how to refer to our archive photos.Nobody should be able to patent this, but more importantly, I still have trouble wrapping my noodle around Tesla's brain, and how he could conceive such a concept, coming out of the 19th centuryYour studies with Romero, and for that matter, perhaps, even Gray  leading to Muller, and your own variation of this theme  give you insight into this magic.This energy Gary is toying with, is about the motor. It is the whole trick.Sure, you can lay bells, and whistles, into the tune, but getting more watts out, than you put in, tells the story.That is my understanding at the moment. Your motors are very similar. These things run on software, which is a weakness we can hate, as it is subject to glitches.Cheers Warren
