Absolutely a YES on the amount of hours expended on those two projects 
alone.� When I first met Tom Beaden back in the early 80s, I got Bedinis 
phone number and ordered all the plans. Tesla Book Store was here in the 
Dallas Metro area, Greenville,TX so naturally I was a very frequent 
customer. In the last 40 something years, I have built and experimented 
with almost all of the FINAL SECRET devices. Lol�� Holy Grail is still 
out there for someone to find.��� As Sparky Sweet said, the inverse form 
of electricity as qwe know it is very elusive to get a handle on as I 
found in my Neutral Spike experiments.� Magneto-Electric event.� EMP 
form of photon energy.
