Thank You Phil for this Wired Article on LED. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/324239268_Room-temperature_single-photon_emitters_in_titanium_dioxide_optical_defects See attached file pdf https://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/jp972172x Back in 1995 when Joel and I were pursuing the development of the MRA, we did an extensive study of Rutile, Titanium dioxide, for it would give a Light Channel in the MRA. Since Barium Magnet manufacturing was banned in the USA and Radio Shack was getting all those small Barium Magnets from Brazil, I made contact with a manufacturer in China that would prototype some magnets for us , Custom Formula. A Ba,Fe, Ti magnet would allow for a light channel in the MRA to convert photons into electrons to boost the output of the MRA. Now, wait and understand photons for most of you have a mistaken belief that photon are what we see in the visible wavelengths. WRONG, for photons are all encompassing in the full Electron-Magnetic Spectrum from DC all the way to Cosmic Rays. A resonance driven light channel in the MRA would capture this energy as additional output. Wish many times that I had completed the TiO2 ferrite magnet.
