This is contact arm for the dual rotor 16 magnet motor. This makes contact with the 16 copper contact  commutator attachef to shaft of motor.
Using this 32 ga  nichrome wire ( good stiff to mame rediztorz with zince it ca go to zuper high temperature)  i got the motor up to 1600rpm wirh approx  12v 300ma inout.
