Bart,

Sorry I missed your message about going to the thing in Idaho, pretty
far from there right now in South America.  So what was the transformer
you were referring to?

Yes in Medellin Colombia, wonderful place.   It's nice you were able to
help a fellow Colombian, they are an interesting people and have come
quite a long way in the last 10 years.   Imagine 15 years ago dirt roads
and 4 story buildings tops and not uncommon to see horses on the roads.
Now skyscrapers everywhere and giant architectural cutting edge malls
filled with vendors.  Between 10-15 years they had to learn to drive,
use smartphones  internet etc so quite the difference between the young
and older generations.  Most people under 25 speak English most over 25
not more than a couple words. Micromanagement is key here until one gets
to know the skill sets, since they never want to disappoint or be
confrontational they will often be overly optimistic about their
abilities. In this department they call themselves Paisas and came from
Iberian men mixed with Amerindian women. Paisas are often considered the
most outgoing and friendly of Colombians.

Bart,

Construction is always concrete with either fired brick, concrete block
or concrete and steel in forms.  The concrete used on municipal projects
seems to be of a higher quality that in the US base on perceived density
and wear.  The curbs here along the highway seem much more robust and we
are talking rain forest type rain here. Have never compression tested so
can't say for sure.  The metro that runs through the center of town is
elevated about 3 stories up and when it comes by one cannot feel the
platform move or vibrate.  The number of spars and pylons holding up
bridges seem excessive.   They want a faster way to get from Poblato to
the Airport which is about 45 minute drive so decided to punch a tunnel
through at the foot of the Andes, almost complete now and should get the
drive down to about 12 mins. Insane over the top pubic works projects.
I guess when there is unlimited funding from coca powder a lot can be
accomplished.  On the other hand most Colombians I have met have never
smoked weed and are pretty damn uptight about drug use.  A guy from NY
moved here and he was found in his basement puffing a dube by his
Colombian wife, ended in divorce even though they have a kid.

Most Paisas don't like Bogota or the people there as they are not as
friendly more uptight, probably from the cold.  I have been told more
than once to be careful in Bogota because a stranger will give
completely wrong directions on purpose rather than admitting to not
knowing.  People here for the most part are golden and humble too.
Traveling is fun and different cultures are very interesting.  India, as
my traveling neighbor says his favorite place as it is the smelliest
most colorful loudest most sense overwhelming country of all.

Mick,
Hmmm do not know what happened there? Just went off on its own.
I do not have any affiliations with any of the drug functions as I do not see it stable what so ever.
My friend here asked me to help out a student , said they would repay me and they did. So surprisingly it went well.
I did not ask for anything extra or anything , it was just one of those things you some times get ask for.
My friend is a church goer and said the people there were through the church. My friend has helped me in the past with some
projects so I felt why not.
Well at least your city is getting well constructed! A tunnel through the Andes, thats big bucks, they usually contract out the big bit for those.
As I was saying I am out of it , just curious.

A while back some years ago I started watching Nassim Haramein he claims to have developed anti gravity. Or at least has a proven theory.
He has some cool concepts, cold plasma , etc. Has a Resonance Academy. He does not hold a PH but really he does not need one as he backs
every thing by his math. I think he was up for a noble prize. Check out his vids , interesting!
Was to meet some friends in Barcelona to sit in but could not coordinate it.

Bart,

You were mentioning investing in a grow a while back, just not a good
idea.  I don't know about Canada but in Oregon the taxes are onerous and
the competition fierce.  The only way to make money is as a support
company same as the shovels and pans assays transport and storage made
more than gold during the gold rush.

I assume that is where the money comes from here because building
skyscrapers every day is not free.  These projects are just too
expensive but who knows with central banks printing money out of thin
air, however the Colombian Peso is very stable and pays a solid 10
percent in a money market.

Here is a story about upgrading the most notorious slum in Medellin with
cable cars and escalators.
https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/colombia-medellin-neighborhood/index.html

I love this city, it's amazing what they have accomplished just by
giving hope to the poor neighborhoods who now take pride because people
from all over the world want to visit.
https://theurbanweb.wordpress.com/2016/11/06/water-tanks-as-public-spaces-in-medellin/

Tunnel
https://www.eltiempo.com/noticias/tunel-de-oriente-antioquia

I know the about Nassim Haramein stuff.  He has some good points and a
good sense of humor but I also get the want to be a rock star vibe going
on.  Schauberger came the closest to straight up working theory that is
easy to grock.  I am convinced it's just angular momentum on a micro
scale created by gyroscopic stress and micro vortex like Norm shows
us.   There was a French guy back in the 30's I think.  He invented one
of the first passive radars by burying different metals near each
other.  He is said to have created something AG I think it was called
the RadioBalistique.  From what I can find he just used different types
of metal, I forget which but lets say copper and aluminum plates and
spun them against or next to each other.  The few people who have lived
through tornados said the inside has all sort of mini tornados being
created and destroyed off the sides of the main vortex.
Very likely a simple platform could be created using cones as charge
carriers.  Just replicate a hummingbird dual vortex...

Hi Bart,

Yes usually public work projects are accomplished by writing bonds, at
least in the US.  I assume it's similar here.  Private undertakings are
as you said mostly accomplished with bridging loans as the parties
cooperate.
Paper is good if it's a solid first on a non primary residence with a
nice LTV.  It is possible to use unsecured equities with a spread for an
extremely conservative position but then again interest rates are crap.
Arabs like to brag about not charging interest but when one looks at the
servicing fees they come out the same, just a Koran end run.

What are you contemplating concerning Trump speech?

So you are making colloidal the mechanical way, very cool!  Pretty large
container to gold plate.

Mick,

As for the micro grow, well its on its off, pending politicians and participating partners.
So for the while I have parked it unless otherwise. The markets are really in high demand here still.
I recently bought a grow tent for the ability to experiment by growing four as you are allowed here by law.
The student is setting it up currently , so for fun lets see what he can do. Some magazines have been looking at him as he is
a scholar in his field with genetics. So... lets see.

Construction
Many a time if you are to construct some thing of great monumental value , you take in investors on the up and up.
You sell or lease out sq feet before construction. Some gamble and start early being able to back themselves along the way,
from one stage to the next on developing schedules. In good times global monies are in abundance and easily can be acquired.
You need reputable sources , with they and any of your own history you can proceed. Most land sellers work with you on schedules.
As they would not normally be selling otherwise. Its all in the point spread. You build on speculation.
Waiting to see what happens on Trumpys speech. I personally think it is not safe to play in any form of paper.
I like the hands on stuff! Helping people change their lives and while its happening watching their eyes in excitement. Some times
I have gotten nothing but just that!

 Nassim
As far as Nassim , well if its his day let him have it , we have let others have we not ! Ya I get the rockstar nonsense, but it will pass.
Some times people have to learn to park their pride before they move forward. Until they do, they gain little and are troubled.
I do like that he has found a way to connect matter, space and the universe and all one. His values are still under research , while other parties are
proceeding with the values. My family was visiting Barcelona when he was there.
I just could not free myself up.

Vortexing , just yesterday I set up one of my water units ( 40gallon) with a vortex in hopes it will implode some ppm .
The unit has been plated with gold ,(which you need high voltage to extract any ppm from normally) , hoping the eddies and the vertices from with in
will attribute some values. At certain times I have been able to get the vortex to go through elbows coincidentally , but not always.
I think it depends on speed and temperature mostly.
Usually it takes a few days for the silver to give you 1 or 2ppm, in this case of gold probably weeks or months! lol

Will continue
Bart

Bart,

You were mentioning investing in a grow a while back, just not a good idea. I don't know about Canada but in Oregon the taxes are onerous and the competition fierce. The only way to make money is as a support company same as the shovels and pans assays transport and storage made more than gold during the gold rush.

I assume that is where the money comes from here because building skyscrapers every day is not free. These projects are just too expensive but who knows with central banks printing money out of thin air, however the Colombian Peso is very stable and pays a solid 10 percent in a money market.

Here is a story about upgrading the most notorious slum in Medellin with cable cars and escalators.

I love this city, it's amazing what they have accomplished just by giving hope to the poor neighborhoods who now take pride because people from all over the world want to visit.

I know the about Nassim Haramein stuff. He has some good points and a good sense of humor but I also get the want to be a rock star vibe going on. Schauberger came the closest to straight up working theory that is easy to grock. Construction is always concrete with either fired brick, concrete block or concrete and steel in forms. The concrete used on municipal projects seems to be of a higher quality that in the US base on perceived density and wear. The curbs here along the highway seem much more robust and we are talking rain forest type rain here. Have never compression tested so can't say for sure. The metro that runs through the center of town is elevated about 3 stories up and when it comes by one cannot feel the platform move or vibrate. The number of spars and pylons holding up bridges seem excessive. They want a faster way to get from Poblato to the Airport which is about 45 minute drive so decided to punch a tunnel through at the foot of the Andes, almost complete now and should get the drive down to about 12 mins. Yes in Medellin Colombia, wonderful place. It's nice you were able to help a fellow Colombian, they are an interesting people and have come quite a long way in the last 10 years. Imagine 15 years ago dirt roads and 4 story buildings tops and not uncommon to see horses on the roads. Now skyscrapers everywhere and giant architectural cutting edge malls filled with vendors. Between 10-15 years they had to learn to drive, use smartphones internet etc so quite the difference between the young and older generations. Most people under 25 speak English most over 25 not more than a couple words. Micromanagement is key here until one gets to know the skill sets, since they never want to disappoint or be confrontational they will often be overly optimistic about their abilities. In this department they call themselves Paisas and came from Iberian men mixed with Amerindian women. Paisas are often considered the most outgoing and friendly of Colombians.

Mick,
Are you looking for funding for something ?

Trumpy I have met in 1994-5 in NF , he was in the area in hopes of hedging some local commercial property owners
following his bankruptcy or in that time frame anyways.
I expect he will rattle the people as he likes doing that. So markets may crash or what have you.
The rest of world will now move on. But I do hope he keeps our values.
We still have a decent standard when visiting most other countries.
NWO will soon make short work of it.
The New Alliance they say. As always.... it will be what it is.

I have had and made many a colloidal circuits in the past.
Was more of a rip than anything, low or high voltage ,dc or ac and found no matter how well constructed, as well as
others , it has always been to much suspension left to settle. Always felt it This has always concerned myself with metal toxicity
consumption's. So I have been making 40-100 gallon with silver @ 3-- 10 ppm mechanically with eddies currents and vortexes .
When it is 1 ppm or 2 ppm we use it for daily cooking or teas etc. It takes time to create. A week or more for 10ppm
for silver. Then I open the tap and people flock . lol I have assisted my mother and father in law in Finland , they have had 2-3 strokes each in 2010 and 2013
I have them up walking and talking! lol Asking when is the next shipment! lol Its like a liquid defibrillator.
Gold takes high voltage and lots of time, so I may have to convince it.
I was asked by my church friend whom shows up on most days to create something. So here goes.
Currently I do not like the device, I feel it needs rebuilding but was easiest to build on the quick.
So probably in another week I will have some thing better for gold.
I have been making these units for several years. My cat is 25yrs. lol

Hi Bart,

Yes usually public work projects are accomplished by writing bonds, at least in the US. I assume it's similar here. Private undertakings are as you said mostly accomplished with bridging loans as the parties cooperate.
Paper is good if it's a solid first on a non primary residence with a nice LTV. It is possible to use unsecured equities with a spread for an extremely conservative position but then again interest rates are crap. Arabs like to brag about not charging interest but when one looks at the servicing fees they come out the same, just a Koran end run.

What are you contemplating concerning Trump speech?

So you are making colloidal the mechanical way, very cool! Pretty large container to gold plate.

Here is a story about upgrading the most notorious slum in Medellin with cable cars and escalators.
https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/colombia-medellin-neighborhood/index.html

I love this city, it's amazing what they have accomplished just by giving hope to the poor neighborhoods who now take pride because people from all over the world want to visit.
https://theurbanweb.wordpress.com/2016/11/06/water-tanks-as-public-spaces-in-medellin/

Tunnel
https://www.eltiempo.com/noticias/tunel-de-oriente-antioquia

I know the about Nassim Haramein stuff. He has some good points and a good sense of humor but I also get the want to be a rock star vibe going on. Schauberger came the closest to straight up working theory that is easy to grock. I am convinced it's just angular momentum on a micro scale created by gyroscopic stress and micro vortex like Norm shows us. There was a French guy back in the 30's I think. He invented one of the first passive radars by burying different metals near each other. He is said to have created something AG I think it was called the RadioBalistique. From what I can find he just used different types of metal, I forget which but lets say copper and aluminum plates and spun them against or next to each other. The few people who have lived through tornados said the inside has all sort of mini tornados being created and destroyed off the sides of the main vortex.
Very likely a simple platform could be created using cones as charge carriers. Just replicate a hummingbird dual vortex...

Bart,

Insane over the top pubic works projects. I guess when there is unlimited funding from coca powder a lot can be accomplished. On the other hand most Colombians I have met have never smoked weed and are pretty damn uptight about drug use. A guy from NY moved here and he was found in his basement puffing a dube by his Colombian wife, ended in divorce even though they have a kid.

Most Paisas don't like Bogota or the people there as they are not as friendly more uptight, probably from the cold. I have been told more than once to be careful in Bogota because a stranger will give completely wrong directions on purpose rather than admitting to not knowing. People here for the most part are golden and humble too. Traveling is fun and different cultures are very interesting. India, as my traveling neighbor says his favorite place as it is the smelliest most colorful loudest most sense overwhelming country of all.

Subject: [EVGRAY] transformer?

Bart,

Sorry I missed your message about going to the thing in Idaho, pretty
far from there right now in South America. So what was the transformer
you were referring to?
Bart,

I love cat's 25 that's awesome.  Have one that stared to luminess 4
months ago, knew he was getting ready to ascend, got him on some Rife,
Chinese meds and chi gung massage and he is coming back fast, stopped
glowing and is gaining weight, no longer depressed.   He needs some
dental work but could not knock him out due to high liver count.   I
hope when I get back his liver enzymes will be normal we can put him
under and pull a tooth or two that are bothering him.  My friends are
hanging with him and says he is really doing great now.

No need for funding at the moment but thanks.  Deutscbank showing 8
consecutive quarters of failure, the main mortgage housing lender.  Hmm...

Strange guy but Aspergers... so far a good solid stand against the NWO
terrorists.  The people I have met who have done business with them have
nothing bad to say, solid performed per the agreements with courtesy.  I
can see why he freaks people out who are hung up on the strange aspie
ego tripping but know nothing of business tactics or performance.  This
administration has not started new wars or trashed the constitution like
the last two or three which I despised.  Now as he tries to leave the
wars interesting to see the ones now pro war shrieking not to leave in
the middle east.  Things have become so weird, after 911 everything
flipped to doublespeak and now with the insanity of the media spreading
hate all day and night it's as if we are close to something really
terrifying in the US.  Same as SS and the Jewish folks.  People think
it's ok to kill someone wearing a maga hat and would gladly stone a
fellow human to death over complete fake bullshit about racism.

People are completely insane.  I tell them if you don't like shit on
your shoe why keep wearing the shoe and talking about it and smelling it
and dragging on your carpet like an infatuation.  A good half the
populations has had their amigdlia flipped into reptile fight or flight
mode and therefore are stuck on stupid but will not stop listening to
hate mongers.  Very little if any frontal cortex working anymore.
If one reads Alinsky Rules for Radicals one can see this is exactly the
strategy in play, designed to destroy the weak rather than a hand up.  I
hope this shit does not spread down here!
People here for the most part want to succeed and are not being shut
down by victim brokering politicos.  The most ironic part is the poverty
consciousness being spread up north, because even with all it's faults,
central banking has unlimited capital available if one is willing to
bootstrap and play the game.

Bart,

Unfortunately Texas oil runs the US since way back and they bought up
everything and are rather one sided when it comes to international
business.  Colombia has done well to remain pretty independent of US oil
people but wherever there is a head of a country that can be bought or
in other ways forced or exploited...  The president has little to do
with this so even a total pacifist would not be able to make changes in
8 years at most since the planning is at least 10 years out.  Ever since
WW2 when the weapons sales became a big part of the system things have
gone crazy. This is the way with all first nation arms dealers more or
less, its an old model that needs changing.  There is a meeting once a
year in the US where all is decided, secret under threat of death, they
did not trust the other option due to extreme stuff but it goes quite a
ways back to contracts, your correct it was a shit has gone too far OK
kind of thing.  Hey why not get the NK maniac to think beach condos,
might work...  I think the new generations are less ruthless as they are
certainly more aware of the environment just more easy to lead through
social media.  If not for the evil media selling hate and control we
could evolve much quicker.   The UN is behind many of these
"interventions" and is not really the peacekeeper they portend. Similar
to the DEA is not in the business to stop drugs just manage money flows.

Your water experiments sound amazing, sorry the fire took so much data.
With digital records also have a way of evaporating, unlike photo albums
most times.  A good solar flare and poof.

I think Norm was using Humic acid.

Need to learn more about HHO so let me know when you're back on line.
What are mono values?

Stay away from DNA checks, not good for your family to be data based for
thought crime.

Mick,

Ya! ok ! lol, The guy does seem to be able to keep the peace so far, while doing so it has given time for new military inventions with many countries.
The game is changing, as it should and will always evolve and its by some design yet to be shown..lets hope for all our good.
I personally think he was drafted or asked due to his contacts.
What better person to reflect communications than a guy whom has already done so.
While I spent some time in Finland , about a year or so back in 1987. You could go to the super market
and see a number of baby carriages outside lined up with babies in them.
One would be crying, a stranger would put the plug back in , then go in the super market. It changed shortly after that however due to immigration.
They were coming in from every where in the world. But one thing happened. Russia the bear was no longer mumbling a threat in the bushes .
The Russians came with trucks of monies and bought up every thing. There was no longer a need for war.
Sure it cased some uncomfort for the hard lined Finish but once it was generally worked out people still went for saunas drank the vodka and jumped
in the frozen lake. Their economy flourished, real estate gave people a chance to make some moves. Many gained well.
So here is my question shall we say..... why does US not do the same tactic . They get to prosper with a culture than oppose them.
For example buy strategically with agreement on the existing peoples acceptance. It would be nothing but prosperity instead of taking only the assets
then leaving.
Same as in the past Alexander the Great and so on. He still let the people be the people.
Perhaps this makes no sense to many , but in meeting the people and seeing its value , it sure does in the longer run.
Any way that's why I am not in it as its really not my thing. Only I hope you do not have divisions with in, we do not need anymore civil wars.
Stay with stability and peace Mick it will cycle. Lately through a dna check I found out I have the same father line as Alexander Hamilton, the son of a whore! lol
I think I will go down and check out his history. lol

On Normans holy water, I know some labs get mono like values for lab tests they start by a clean control.
I too have had it said my water is holy water , however I am working the distilled with both hydrogen and oxygen with ppm, and at times have separated them.
When Norms pdf spoke of 77 elements and how it gained its mass and heat from it. it can only be the "pairing " in my speculation.
The same as the blue hew if you will. Rotten wood having a gaseous state microbial letting off a luminous value by means of cavitation thermally.
There are a lot of shell fish in the swamp gators as well I think but dunno the environment. The "pairing" cavitation vortex then streaming.
As for Warrens toilet , perhaps the same gaseous state microbial from methane or it was plankton unless it was constant year round.
Dunno there! The water I find is more malleable shall I say with higher temps and holds a charge longer.
I lost my books but at some temperatures you do not need as much delta to push upwards for the next temp values.
BartMarine toilets just take in the ambiant sea water from the outside to flush. This was where the clear hose was. Mine has a ball valve right there on the hull, that is only opened to flush. It was inside that otherwise dark hose full of still seawater, that the tube would light up like a florescent lamp, on pumping the lever, which would suck seawater from the ocean, into the toilet bowl.Of course, that otherwise clear looking tropical sea water is full of tiny life, and impressively capable of detecting pressure differentials, or sensing electrical  magnetic changes in that otherwise clear, and, at night, dark liquid,.The observation, was only an example, of a strange event, observed, that can unleash a possible portal into that " other" world of quantum physics in our day to day experiences. Our humble sensory abilities don't react to that, which, some sea creature lights up for.It is a far cry from the impingement causing eddys , and vortex swirls, inside a metal, or rubber tube, that go unobserved, casting off photons, yet creatures have evolved to somehow find this input significant, and perhaps light themselves up, like an amplifier, or you can just take your crap, and forget it.
Cheers Warren

I currently pound on mine with approx. 10 million vortices per hour, and I let it run for days. So it takes a lot of controlled atmosphere
and continuous work to increase the ppm. Some times go for a week when starting up. So 168 hr   x    10m  =  1680 million

Bart,

I love cat's 25 that's awesome.  Have one that stared to luminess 4 months ago, knew he was getting ready to ascend, got him on some Rife, Chinese meds and chi gung massage and he is coming back fast, stopped glowing and is gaining weight, no longer depressed.   He needs some dental work but could not knock him out due to high liver count.   I hope when I get back his liver enzymes will be normal we can put him under and pull a tooth or two that are bothering him.  My friends are hanging with him and says he is really doing great now.

No need for funding at the moment but thanks.  Deutscbank showing 8 consecutive quarters of failure, the main mortgage housing lender.  Hmm...

Strange guy but Aspergers... so far a good solid stand against the NWO terrorists.  The people I have met who have done business with them have nothing bad to say, solid performed per the agreements with courtesy.  I can see why he freaks people out who are hung up on the strange aspie ego tripping but know nothing of business tactics or performance.  This administration has not started new wars or trashed the constitution like the last two or three which I despised.  Now as he tries to leave the wars interesting to see the ones now pro war shrieking not to leave in the middle east.  Things have become so weird, after 911 everything flipped to doublespeak and now with the insanity of the media spreading hate all day and night it's as if we are close to something really terrifying in the US.  Same as SS and the Jewish folks.  People think it's ok to kill someone wearing a maga hat and would gladly stone a fellow human to death over complete fake bullshit about racism.

People are completely insane.  I tell them if you don't like shit on your shoe why keep wearing the shoe and talking about it and smelling it and dragging on your carpet like an infatuation.  A good half the populations has had their amigdlia flipped into reptile fight or flight mode and therefore are stuck on stupid but will not stop listening to hate mongers.  Very little if any frontal cortex working anymore.
If one reads Alinsky Rules for Radicals one can see this is exactly the strategy in play, designed to destroy the weak rather than a hand up.  I hope this shit does not spread down here!
People here for the most part want to succeed and are not being shut down by victim brokering politicos.  The most ironic part is the poverty consciousness being spread up north, because even with all it's faults, central banking has unlimited capital available if one is willing to bootstrap and play the game.

But I do hope he keeps our values. We still have a decent standard when visiting most other countries.NWO will soon make short work of it.The New Alliance they say.
So I have been making 40-100 gallon with silver @ 3-- 10 ppm  mechanically with eddies currents and vortexes  .When it is 1 ppm or 2 ppm we use it for daily cooking or teas etc. It takes time to create. A week or more for 10ppm
for silver. Then I open the tap and people flock . lol  I have assisted my mother and father in law in Finland , they have had 2-3 strokes each in 2010 and 2013 I have them up walking and talking! lol   Asking when is the next shipment! lol      Its like a liquid defibrillator.
Gold takes high voltage and lots of time, so I may have to convince it.
I was asked by my church friend whom shows up on most days to create something.      So here goes.Currently I do not like the device, I feel it needs rebuilding but was easiest to build on the quick.

As for the micro grow, well its on its off, pending politicians and participating partners. So for the while I have parked it unless otherwise. The markets are really in high demand here still.I recently bought a grow tent for the ability to experiment by growing four as you are allowed here by law.The student is setting it up currently , so for fun lets see what he can do. Some magazines have been looking at him as he is
a scholar in his field with genetics. So... lets see.
Construction
Many a time if you are to construct some thing of great monumental value , you take in investors on the up and up.You sell or lease out sq feet before construction. Some gamble and start early being able to back themselves along the way, from one stage to the next on developing schedules.
I personally think it is not safe to play in any form of paper.I like the hands on stuff! Helping people change their lives and while its happening watching their eyes in excitement. Some times
I have gotten nothing but just that!

NassimAs far as Nassim , well if its his day let him have it , we have let others have we not !  Ya I get the rockstar  nonsense, but it will pass. Some times people have to learn to park their pride before they move forward. Until they do, they gain little and are troubled.I do like that he has found a way to connect matter, space and the universe and all one.  His values are still under research , while other parties areproceeding with the values. My family was visiting Barcelona when he was there.
I just could not free myself up.

Vortexing  ,  just yesterday I set up one of my water units ( 40gallon) with a vortex in hopes it will implode some ppm .The unit has been plated with gold ,(which you need high voltage  to extract any ppm from normally) , hoping the eddies and the vertices from with inwill attribute some values. At certain times I have been able to get the vortex to go through elbows coincidentally , but not always.
I think it depends on speed and temperature mostly.Usually it takes a few days for the silver to give you 1 or 2ppm, in this case of gold probably weeks or months! lol

Will continueBart

Here is a story about upgrading the most notorious slum in Medellin with cable cars and escalators.
https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/colombia-medellin-neighborhood/index.html

I love this city, it's amazing what they have accomplished just by giving hope to the poor neighborhoods who now take pride because people from all over the world want to visit.

Tunnel

My friend has helped me in the past with some

A while back some years ago I started watching Nassim Haramein  he claims to have developed anti gravity. Or at least has a proven theory. He has some cool concepts, cold plasma , etc. Has a Resonance Academy. He does not hold a PH  but really he does not need one as he backs
every thing by his math.  I think he was up for a noble prize. Check out his vids , interesting! Was to meet some friends in Barcelona to sit in but could not coordinate it.

Bart,

Curious on the construction methods applied? The family I got to know through a friend is in Bogota .They were to develop the new sea port. But not sure now however.
While in India I came across many whom possess a great deal of intelligence and abilities. Yet remain extremely humble.Would love to be able to travel forever!

  Thanks for more insight.
I now can resonate deeper.
Still peace it out.

Bart,

Unfortunately Texas oil runs the US since way back and they bought up everything and are rather one sided when it comes to international business. Colombia has done well to remain pretty independent of US oil people but wherever there is a head of a country that can be bought or in other ways forced or exploited... The president has little to do with this so even a total pacifist would not be able to make changes in 8 years at most since the planning is at least 10 years out. Ever since WW2 when the weapons sales became a big part of the system things have gone crazy. This is the way with all first nation arms dealers more or less, its an old model that needs changing. There is a meeting once a year in the US where all is decided, secret under threat of death, they did not trust the other option due to extreme stuff but it goes quite a ways back to contracts, your correct it was a shit has gone too far OK kind of thing. Hey why not get the NK maniac to think beach condos, might work... I think the new generations are less ruthless as they are certainly more aware of the environment just more easy to lead through social media. If not for the evil media selling hate and control we could evolve much quicker. The UN is behind many of these "interventions" and is not really the peacekeeper they portend. Similar to the DEA is not in the business to stop drugs just manage money flows.

Your water experiments sound amazing, sorry the fire took so much data. With digital records also have a way of evaporating, unlike photo albums most times. A good solar flare and poof.

I think Norm was using Humic acid.

Need to learn more about HHO so let me know when you're back on line. What are mono values?

Stay away from DNA checks, not good for your family to be data based for thought crime.

Marine toilets just take in the ambiant sea water from the outside to flush. This was where the clear hose was. Mine has a ball valve right there on the hull, that is only opened to flush.
It was inside that otherwise dark hose full of still seawater, that the tube would light up like a florescent lamp, on pumping the lever, which would suck seawater from the ocean, into the toilet bowl.
Of course, that otherwise clear looking tropical sea water is full of tiny life, and impressively capable of detecting pressure differentials, or sensing electrical magnetic changes in that otherwise clear, and, at night, dark liquid,
.
The observation, was only an example, of a strange event, observed, that can unleash a possible portal into that " other" world of quantum physics in our day to day experiences. Our humble sensory abilities don't react to that, which, some sea creature lights up for.
It is a far cry from the impingement causing eddys , and vortex swirls, inside a metal, or rubber tube, that go unobserved, casting off photons, yet creatures have evolved to somehow find this input significant, and perhaps light themselves up, like an amplifier, or you can just take your crap, and forget it.

BartAbout 9 degrees above the equator, the temperature is pretty stable. It was super noticeable in the Gulf of Paria, where the Orinoco river, a tributary of the Amazon empties, and is rich with life, in spite of off shore oil wells, and Trinadad's population. The whole Caribbean is pretty much luminous, that way, so I didn't notice any special times, or conditions.Cheers Warren

Trumpy  I have met in 1994-5 in NF , he was in the area in hopes of hedging some local commercial property ownersfollowing his bankruptcy or in that time frame anyways.I expect he will rattle the people as he likes doing that.  So markets may crash or what have you.The rest of world will now move on. But I do hope he keeps our values. We still have a decent standard when visiting most other countries.NWO will soon make short work of it.The New Alliance they say.

Construction
Many a time if you are to construct some thing of great monumental value , you take in investors on the up and up.You sell or lease out sq feet before construction. Some gamble and start early being able to back themselves along the way, from one stage to the next on developing schedules. In good times global monies are in abundance and easily can be acquired. You need reputable sources , with they and any of your own history you can proceed. Most land sellers work with you on schedules. As they would not normally be selling  otherwise. Its all in the point spread. You build on speculation.

I think it depends on speed and temperature mostly.Usually it takes a few days for the silver to give you 1 or 2ppm, in this case of gold probably weeks or months! lol

Here is a story about upgrading the most notorious slum in Medellin with cable cars and escalators.
https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/colombia-medellin-neighborhood/index.html

I love this city, it's amazing what they have accomplished just by giving hope to the poor neighborhoods who now take pride because people from all over the world want to visit.

Bart,

I have tried over the years to keep my family consciously aware of the need for change on energy demands.
So during our would be vacation outings I would incorporate some thing each time we crammed in the mini van.
One of these outings, we or rather I decided to pay Paul Pantone his required dollar and go to one of his classes for a week
hoping to gain a value or some kind of understanding on his research.
Turns out he had some. Not in ways you wish but there were small pieces if you choose to pick at it.
His geet ran he said best on certain times with the urine from females nearing or on their monthly! lol
As well he said the batteries keep better values with it.
So I said once back at the hotel room .... guess what I learned today! hahahaha

With this in mind the plankton or Cretaceous life urine comes to thought.
Also the 77 elements have more validation for pairing on this .
Like a organic high isotope good only for one cycle of photon perhaps.

About 9 degrees above the equator, the temperature is pretty stable.
It was super noticeable in the Gulf of Paria, where the Orinoco river, a tributary of the Amazon empties, and is rich with life, in spite of off shore oil wells, and Trinadad's population.
The whole Caribbean is pretty much luminous, that way, so I didn't notice any special times, or conditions.

Propellers leave a trail in these tropical waters for quite a long time much like a vapour trail of a jet.
It was a nasty problem for hidden U- boats, plying tropical waters, I bet.

Was this year round? Seasonly? Temperature sensive? Were there times when it did not happen?
Some areas more than others or greater amounts. When sailing I am sure you are super conscious so maybe you can recall.

Of course, that otherwise clear looking tropical sea water is full of tiny life, and impressively capable of detecting pressure differentials, or sensing electrical magnetic changes in that otherwise clear, and, at night, dark liquid,
...
