Hi Jakob
I believe that is the motor of Ron Brandt that Dennis Lee usually used to spin the hummingbird generator.
Look up his name and do some searching about it...he passed away while ago far as I know.
One Dennis Lee video has RB.show up late to the show, out of breath after driving across country he did not look very healthy.
The key really is no Lenz generator ...if permanent magnet rotor in generator  look for sweet spot in rpms where rotor speeds up under generator coil loading and Lenz law does not brake and slow down rotor.
Very generally 16 magnet rotor will have sweet spot window of 2100 to 2300 rpm, this based on video Woopy put out a few years ago of simple experiment.

Since 9th grade Physics Class, I have never been satisfied with the 
conventional explanation as to source of charge in the ordinary 
electrostatic machine. friction cleaving of electrons just doesn't cut 
it when you are running a high pressure pure hydrogen dielectric as in 
Felici Machine then you go to a vacuum dielectric you really get too far 
out in left field as found at CERN.
