Using this quite unique Electro Pyle as an example, I built a permanent
magnet perpetual battery that got inspiration from:
https://vdocuments.mx/direct-thermomagnetic-splitting-of-water.html The
way my Permanent Magnet Battery works goes back to the old hot cathode
electron beam gun in the cathode ray tube (TV). There is always a ion
capture magnet incorporated around the cathode gun to capture
destructive ions and particles that boil off the cathode gun filament.
I think you can readily see how a very powerful magnet flux
concentration can strip ions from ambient temperature room air and
provide a very low voltage potential and associated current.  I built 4
of the magnet units just to see if I could generate (series wired) a one
volt output at milliamp current.  The unit works in ambient air with a
average RH around 40% and also works in water.  If this PM cell were to
power an escapement discharging an accumulator capacitor then you would
have a comparable perpetual bell similar to the famous

    University of Oxford bell

@ 7.45 and free shipping, this is a bargain for 1.4 Tesla magnets.   You
have to handle them with "channel lock pliers"!  I have some "blood
blisters" from trying to "man handle them"!  Lol
