Levitating antigravity device

I got a link from an email list to a YouTube video of an amateur antigravity device. Switch on subtitles/closed captions and choose Settings/Subtitles/Auto-translate and select language if not understanding Alexey's language (Russian).



The device has two counter rotating discs with permanent magnets and charged with high voltage and a stationary disc between the rotating ones. The top and bottom rotating discs are charged respectively with positive and negative potential while the center disc is fed from a self-oscillating Tesla coil (impulse voltage). Everything has to be tuned for the effect to apply. It is believed that the field forms a torus around the device. Cameras and electronics are at risk of being destroyed when getting too close to the device. This tells that the electromagnetic radiation around the device is powerful. The theory is taken from John Searl, Victor Schauberger some Nazi scientist, Viktor Grebrenikov etc. The auto-translater isn't too good with the names.

As the cylinder magnets are placed in a hexagon shape the magnetic field actually has all possible directions around them (torus) while the internal fields in the magnets are axial (vertical).

Besides the electromagnetic field there is also an acoustic field from the ultrasound transmitter. Alexey also mentions the rough surface of the rotating discs. This could be for better impedance match to the air. Perhaps an ion current passes through the craft and is accelerated like smoke rings. As the field destroys electronics it shouldn't be hard to measure the radiation from the craft.

He mentioned that one may have seen the schematic on the internet before
as if he was building from a plan.

Hi Mick,

Alexey mentions that he has studied the John Searl effect, Sergei Godin & Vladimier Roschin, Viktor Schauberger, Viktor Grebrenikov, the  John Hutchinson effect and the Nazi bell project. I think he mentioned that one of his YouTube videos was removed by YouTube. Perhaps this was the video that had the schematic.

Several antigravity experiments used spinning charged disks (or wheels) or fluid vortexes (Viktor Schauberger, Marcel Vogel). My guess is that rotating charged disks create a powerful motional electric field. The motional electric field can't be shielded and could be what creates gravity which nor can be shielded (W.J. Hooper and W.B. Smith).

I remember that somebody made a plastic disc in his lathe and could draw sparks from it. It resulted in that he had to have the lathe demagnetized as it became magnetic. The charge on the disk was mechanical rotated which generated the magnetic field analog to having the charges moved by a voltage difference through a loop of wire.
