So, the question is, how can we harness that energy? It is limitless, it is
everywhere, what do we need? Ruhmkorff generator? Tesla's radiant plate
receiver? We need to open Bloch wall?...

That is precisely what we have been trying to figure out!  The event 
happens so fast it is hard to capture Spike pulse to study it.  If you 
had a storage scope hooked up at time of event, maybe you could derive 
some info on characteristics.  From my view, the freq is so high and the 
event so fast. I don't thing even a storage scope could do the job.  Any 
one wanting to replicate the experiment, just follow the example I 
posted about using the 5HP refrigeration compressor, single phase 
230VAC, for it has the dual start/run windings with the start/ run 
capacitors.  Guaranteed results when you drive motor into locked rotor 
amps and isolate the windings and capacitors  from a ground return.  The 
iron motor frame is earth bonded and receives the Neutral Spike from the 
earth.
