Well, I think is a system of pipes that has ammonia, water and hydrogen. You heat up the ammonia and water mix, then the process starts. It cools using heat. It is a little complicated to construct, that's why I was asking if anyone has some blueprints to build one? einspace

Way to complicated to build from scratch.Good news is there are propane mini fridges avail. but you need to really look hard to find one. Also i saw ethyl alcohol can be boiled and absorbed at 0 C in a solid chemical somewhere on the webSome college folks where experimenting with it.search for it, that all I can remember.
I like good old hermetic compressors and pure propane, easy to get and cheap.
I made 2cc compressors to run on just 40 watts by cooling the outside of the motor/compressor case.use a cap accros run and start connection to get a 1 PF and then try a cap accros the line and reduce voltage untill you get lowest input watts.
You can hand crank a compressor from a car, they have huge output volume wize.I have been working refrigeration for years now and think I'm better than the rest of men out there.
