 This might be the cheapest and easiest way to save money and energy. It talks about modifying your throttle-body with a simple groove dug into the engine side of the body. Since fluid vaporizes at lower pressure this groove causes lower air pressure at the engine side of the throttle body causes more efficient burn.

Only 2 ways i know to improve gas mileage.
 

 1) Walk or cycle sometimes
 

 2) Take your foot off the gas pedal as much as possible.
 

 Thats it 30% savings:)
