this Guy is partially right on HHO generators if you just hook one up to 12v and start using it you will not see any difference, but if you do a little changing to reverse the voltage every 30 seconds and use a large capacitor that charges when you are doing the charging on the positive to positive then when it reverses it just uses the power you charged into the capacitor it will work and the idea is to get enough to enhance the burning of the fuel if you get to much you will get pre ignition and then you get into all kinds of timing problems .2003 Prius was running 50 miles per gal at 100 miles per hour ,coming out of New Orleans one night covered 400 miles in 4 hours and I had a malfunction and fuel mileage dropped to 35 miles per the other 400 miles home .I have been involved with other projects and not had time to go back and redo the unit.

True BartHow exactly we manage it can make a huge difference in our little lives. Not having a heating bill, living in Canada, can sure buy a visit to Hector, or perhaps Eastern Europe, to investigate better ways of producing power.Every delivery of propane last winter cost $500 to $600  every month, it seemed. Then, there was electric heat, upstairs. Oh, we have room to improve. This year(this Summer) it is all about infrastructucture. Urethane foam insulation in the roof of the stone barn to be a workshop, and 1000 feet of plastic tube cast in the concrete floor for radiant heat. This will be my workshop/ machine shop/ electronics space. How do I heat the liquid in the floor tubes? I don't know yet, but I know I need the tubing there in the floor. My little 20 foot Bruce Bingham designe Flicka has a diesel engine, but I also have electric tread mill motors that will replace it in a heart beat, should we come up with a battery-less generation system. My friend who is designing our heating systems, has put together a Nissan Leaf motor drive on a subframe ready to plug into his1.5 ton VW truck, replacing his differential and rear suspension. It is beautifully built in my old studio in Toronto, which he is now working out of.The first thing he did moving in was scrap the natural gas furnace, cut off the gas service, put in an air to air electric heat pump. He is saving money on the gas delivery charge, plus the increase in electricity is hardly noticed. The roof is ideal for solar panels. He already has the mount brackets

I might just be able to get my Catepillar excavator through the low door by removing the roll cage.I have just modified it, making a hydraulic claw end to the boom to be able to pick up stone like a robot hand, since there is so much building material on the property for free, sitting on the Canadian Shield, as we are.All the wood has arrived for the big 4.000 square foot barn, fresh from the saw mill.My steel gussets with timberloc screws work great with the posts, and beams, making super secure joints, just using a 20 volt Dewalt screw gun.I was able to get 20 foot long posts and beams, super cheap, delivered right to the barn door, because of Trump's trade war.Who ever has seen 20 foot long big dimension wood for sale? It has always been exported.Anyway, lots of work in progressCheers Warren

Hey Warren

Envious I am! lol

I have had many backhoes and excavators. All sizes from time to time.

You can pick up used a thumb for the boom bucket or just break it up small enough, hopefully your build works for you.

Always managed to sell the equipment at my costs or some times a touch more than what was paid.

Some time back some one posted a video on a Northern green house heated from the ground thermal.

If you have the means , (which sounds like you do) dig out a wide enough trench and put in lots of pipe to make use of thermal values.

Mostly for the snow covered days or when you leave for vacations, an anti freeze insurance program.

Not sure of your frost line depth in your area, usually a farmer knows best or local construction guys.

Might want to go an extra foot or so for those lingering minus 30 days to weeks period.

So,... solar heating, solar panels and as John B said "build the worlds largest monopole wheel" on the side of the barn.

Should we hook up I will show you a heat pump. Really should be modified as a battery charger as well.

Currently building a new reactor, hopefully ready to test this week. Picked up an old RX8 yesterday so lets see what happens.

Hope Popps is doing well with his project.

Happy Building!

Bart

True Bart

How exactly we manage it can make a huge difference in our little lives.
Not having a heating bill, living in Canada, can sure buy a visit to Hector, or perhaps Eastern Europe, to investigate better ways of producing power.
Every delivery of propane last winter cost $500 to $600 every month, it seemed.
It is beautifully built in my old studio in Toronto, which he is now working out of.
The first thing he did moving in was scrap the natural gas furnace, cut off the gas service, put in an air to air electric heat pump. He is saving money on the gas delivery charge, plus the increase in electricity is hardly noticed. The roof is ideal for solar panels.
He already has the mount brackets
for solar panels on my stone workshop, so I expect he has some solar, in mind for his ideas on my workshop.
Currently, I am trying to figure out how to remove 6 to 8" including an existing concrete floor from the stone barn.
I have talked to our fence guy to come in with his Ingersal Rand air compressor, and a couple of jack hammers, on a rainy day, when he normally lays off his guys. I might just be able to get my Catepillar excavator through the low door by removing the roll cage.
I have just modified it, making a hydraulic claw end to the boom to be able to pick up stone like a robot hand, since there is so much building material on the property for free, sitting on the Canadian Shield, as we are.
All the wood has arrived for the big 4.000 square foot barn, fresh from the saw mill.
My steel gussets with timberloc screws work great with the posts, and beams, making super secure joints, just using a 20 volt Dewalt screw gun.
I was able to get 20 foot long posts and beams, super cheap, delivered right to the barn door, because of Trump's trade war.
Who ever has seen 20 foot long big dimension wood for sale? It has always been exported.
Anyway, lots of work in progress
Cheers Warren

George
this Guy is partially right on HHO generators if you just hook one up to 12v and start using it you will not see any difference, but if you do a little changing to reverse the voltage every 30 seconds and use a large capacitor that charges when you are doing the charging on the positive to positive then when it reverses it just uses the power you charged into the capacitor it will work and the idea is to get enough to enhance the burning of the fuel if you get to much you will get pre ignition and then you get into all kinds of timing problems .2003 Prius was running 50 miles per gal at 100 miles per hour ,coming out of New Orleans one night covered 400 miles in 4 hours and I had a malfunction and fuel mileage dropped to 35 miles per the other 400 miles home .I have been involved with other projects and not had time to go back and redo the unit.

George this Guy is partially right on HHO generators if you just hook one up to 12v and start using it you will not see any difference, but if you do a little changing to reverse the voltage every 30 seconds and use a large capacitor that charges when you are doing the charging on the positive to positive then when it reverses it just uses the power you charged into the capacitor it will work and the idea is to get enough to enhance the burning of the fuel if you get to much you will get pre ignition and then you get into all kinds of timing problems .2003 Prius was running 50 miles per gal at 100 miles per hour ,coming out of New Orleans one night covered 400 miles in 4 hours and I had a malfunction and fuel mileage dropped to 35 miles per the other 400 miles home .I have been involved with other projects and not had time to go back and redo the unit.Steve
