St Clair from PR has new patent.

Remember Hector's post about water to H and O gas and in the patent the inventor speaks of Galactic wars and other experiences? 

 Well he's back with the concentric bucking toroidal coils supported by triangular support structure.

Yes he consulted with me about his experience many years ago before the patent , he suffered a natural  electro acustic teleport in a San Juan Airport here in Puerto Rico due to multiple natural occurring wave conjugation .....
