Norm,

the proton field being created by stripping atomic electrons and the 
space background doing the replenishment.!  Thoughts??

What do you think is in the so-called vacuum of space that can provide 
the electron replenishment or are you referring to the surrounding 
medium, our atmosphere on earth, as the space background?

George, the Felici Generator runs in a pressurized (350 PSI) Hydrogen 
gas sealed environment so why do you think the electrons are coming from 
atmosphere????   The space background is all pervasive and penetrates 
everything and all matter.  The only explanation for the loss of 
electrons by the hydrogen gas and then spontaneous re-constitution of 
same has to be from the Dirac sea or as we call it , the space vacuum.
