Have a read from Page 31 - 'Tesla's Extraction of Cosmic Energy' as he 
has a go at explaining what the ETHER is and how it works.
Thankyou William, extend my gratitude to you also.

I have Eric Dollard's 'Cosmic Ray Detector' (CRD) here believed to be 
the only one built from his plans (OA4G Thyratron) and has now been in 
intermittent operation for about 5 years - picture attached.
At the moment it is extremely busy as the DC voltage has had to be 
dropped from 145 down to 130v and I do not know why, whereas over the 
Christmas period it was unusually quiet.
EHT voltage is still about 1.2kV at the Geiger Tube (light reflection on 
the amp meter but there is no visible current on the meter).

What is of consequence here is a means by which this energy phenomena 
can be increased into greater proportions and 'The Cosmic Collector' 
(Scribd) gives ideas on how to collect and amplify this energy - (PDF 
too large to attach).
Oleg Jefimenko has a great PDF on Electrostatic Motors which I have 
attached.
Bruce Perrault may also benefit from this Cosmic PDF with his 'Radiant 
Energy', Ion Valve device which I am also working on with variations.

I missed this one but have all of William's Books as he is at the 
forefront of disclosing the scam process where it comes to technological 
progress.
You will note that many of my Projects here were sourced from the work 
of William Lyne and I did pay for his Books but this one has gotten 
through the worm hole.

 Norman wrote me email, he has trouble getting on EVGRAY now, as he gets "failure" notices now....I re-invited him, hoping this will fix it, but have doubts it will...yahoo has zero tech support for yahoogroups there is nobody to complain to, nobody is budgeted or hired to help it is very fucked up...
 I suggested Norman get a new email such as gmail or yahoo (his is att.net)  and try posting with new email and handle as they have attached some sort of filter and/or censorship to his email it looks like..
 I am moderator and owner of this group, I have not been able to see attachments or photos for half a year now - it is terrible.
 Anyways if Norman does not answer that is why - he told me he really wants to reply to people interested but cannot right now.

In answer to this...I am able to read everything you guys have posted so far... I too think it's just a yahoo glitch... and in that event all we can do is grin and bear it... because it's like Kone said.... "..yahoo has zero tech support for yahoo groups, there is nobody to complain to, nobody is budgeted or hired to help it is very fucked up..."

 I wish there was something I could do, somebody at yahoo who will listen and fix problems but there is nothing -  there is zero tech help....all we can do is hope it gets fixed but I doubt it -  they do not care at all.
