No, but I am testing krypton flash tube soon and will compare Xenon.Patel patient shows flash tube 700 Torr( 14PSI) powering 2KW of flor. tubes, at 20X OU.The refloctor surounds tube with voltage at same voltage (-) tube electrode.Other elec of tube picks up exex energy.
Looks like the one terminal capacitor is our goal. Think, a cap is charged and sudenly one plate vanishes electly.
Xenon tubes normaly, 300torr.

Dave can you try it with strong long rod or cow magnets to give direction
to the free electrons ..there doing this with carbon rods by rapping.
Copper coils around the carbon rods to do same .extra energy with carbon
but with out a lineament nothing .also might need a Geiger counter it's
changing the elements to its next element ..like with carbon rods it
changes a portion to boron then it flips  back giving off vacuum energy .
OU .it kind of reminds me of pumping a laser .
