I have rebuilt the experiment schonmal but probably because of the poor translation then misunderstood.
To put my understanding in simple words, I interpret this as follows:
Aluminum tubes are needed, I think copper works too. The pipes must fit together. The smaller tube is positively charged and the larger negative, which is easily feasible with a MOT and diodes. On the larger a bifilar winding is applied which is connected so that it actually acts like an ohmic resistance.
The negative electric field induces energy into this coil.
As I have seen in the photo, there are a lot of windings and is not even fast to produce.
Unfortunately, I do not see the connection to high impedance, except that in the case of high impedance the electric field comes to the fore as the voltage increases and the amperes are smaller at the same Q.
I could interpret it soon so that I also wired the transverter, or the capacitor effect is caused by the many individual capacities between the windings!?!
