Its a "bitch" going back 55 years in the past to retrieve info! The 
correct value of the condenser depicted is .26mfd (micro farad) @450V  
printed on most condensers on bottom of can!

The question is what are we looking for in the LC ??? Let's try max. To achieve voltage in the LC or max. amperage

At high impedance we reach max. Voltage
At low impedance we reach max. amperage

Power is not the problem, but extremely high voltage is difficult to switch or you need extremely expensive semiconductor switches in turn have a higher internal resistance usually.

I feel like I have to do my experiments on the surface. laughing
