Suitable motor?

Hi OleDo you think this might be a possible contender?There is no plate, but I know it is three phase with. Red wires 4,5,6 and white wires 1,2,3
The shaft is at least 25mm, possibly 30It looks easy to take apart with only four long bolts.Doug, Ole, and all, shall this be sacrificed in the thirst for knowledge?(it is just a servo for a wood working feed machine that I don't have the rest of, power to run it, otherwise, being useless junk)I will try to take pictures of the torn down unitCheers Warren

servo ?  if you think of disposing of it send it to me may find some use for it ,,,i dont think its 3 phase but  is a 6 wire servo,  weight ?

 vegetarian i get dammed kidney stones so  sorry for the cow ! for $7, + i got a huge serving of corn. rice , beans, smashed plantains and half a pound of prime tasty dead cow cadaver filet !  finger licking good  !  now for the customary allergic shock and biological reboot , transmuting that will not be easy but it is a necessary evil ...  after drinking a hot ambient temperature beer in fasting about 2 HRs ago  ( i can feel the stone being shot out ) like shooting a NATO 7.62 thru a .17 barrel   dam!  OUCH!

 If you have old busted 2cycle gas motor genset of about 750W there will soon be I predict about 10 people turning one of those into "sequentially pulsed rotating magnetic filed generators (Pierres design), and following (or leading) Gotoluc's build coming up,,,he is getting the parts March 19....

Hi DougThis is just a three phase motor in rather nice shape until I got at it.I do have some 500 watt Hondas, one with bad voltage regulator $300 us.The other, a weak engine.I gave Bart a four cylinder gas generator that he wanted to do that exhaust guys recycling idea on. It had been taken out of a boat at the marina by friends for some guy who did not want gas aboard.You may score that sort of thing if you hang around marinas near the coast when you get back.

 Is it 3-h induction motor? So no windings on rotor" No brushes?
 

 I was thinking if you do Pierres DZ sequential generator thing with some stator frame you find, for the timing instead of arduino and the relays and all that, you could "simply" construct a couple copper commutators with brush assemblies, and if 36 poles, two 18 pole commutators, one controlling the N the other the south....if 30 pole stator you are working with, then two 15 pole ones etc etc....Anyways just some ideas to knock about....
