If you find my old posting on liquid light oozing out of FL tubes wile on specific resonant standing wave conditions you may want to take a good look at this .

Like leds being OU  I was there  long "years"  before them ..

same technology can be used to have 100% efficient solar cells , that will freeze themselves to near absolute zero converting all ambient heat wavelengths to electric flow ...
