lenz free stuff from Jorge Skycollection

Hi all
 Here are a couple videos to ponder - note how the 90 degree positioning of these pancake aircoils makes for zero lenz effect!

Also note how at 4:50 into more recent video with the two pancake coils and the one hand-held one, 
 the hand held one when laid down at around 4:50 and "flat" to the rotor (copper tube with neodymium magnets inside) makes for instant lenz-braking slow down and lug to the rotor (what normally happens) 
 But at 90 degrees to rotor, ther is no lenz effect......
 I wonder if at low rpms like 500rpm or so, instead of 11,000 rpm as is shown, I wonder if he gets no lenz then - even if pancake coil held at 90 degrees....
 So could be a combination of certain frequency for the Thane Karl Heinz effect, plus the positioning of aircoil too...
 The LED light display is rated at 3.5W (I think) and I think his motor is only drawing around the same if that is 12V intput....he has information on the LEDs  somewhere in his other videos if you go to his youtube channel and will find the LED info plus lots of other really good videos he does...

Hi Warren
 Its  a combination of metal gutter flashing or some ferrous sheet metal mateeral, plastic spacers  and some small batteries like AA or A size ....and wrap the whole thing in duct tape...
 You can make it so the magnet-ends have only "one polarity" so good strength at one end, but the other end has nothing at all since it is being blocked....
