Ok apart that you had  EV gray motors at your place long ago and sold them 
to ALF in Canada  ( he inherited the curse)  lets enter the theme and hit on the aspect of converting a 1800 brushed generator into an RV-EVgray motor generator ..... do not fly to space , do not evade the subject with bullshit energy plans, lets get out of jail free and pass go & collect $200

I was hoping we would finish the transverter and build it so it could easily be replicated. I still hope for your ideas. I had already considered connecting the push-pull transformer secondary directly to a 24V battery via a FWBR to charge it with the spikes.
It is really very difficult to make both diode plugs exactly the same.

maybe 1800 RPM?
wish I had some 1800 RPM induction motors, all I got is the ~3600 ones. Taking ~100 watts to run...
3 HP. 15uF run cap 170 uF start caps
Take the fan off as RPM does not have much to do with it , relube the bearings with oil ..

ZPE is kids simple , the worst part i had say .... "Its bitch hard to tune it! " so what is important is to develop the method by experimentation as you have to deal in a 5% 10%  tolerance parts world and we need to work within arch nano seconds of that  (.003 ) %   yOU  ARE DOING QUITE ok ! so don't feel bad about it ....

 Sometimes I have difficulty with the language barrier and translator quality.
 

 I am sure you suffer the worse as everything here is in English.
 

 For the sake of memory, did you first build a transverter with a ferroresonant transformer and get it to work?
or maybe you burned up that transformer I don't recall.
 

 What are the difficulties you are running up against now?
 

 What do you think would make the design work that you have trouble with?
 

 Maybe the balanced diode plug is too difficult at first and you could try a single ended one to get the design perfected.

Hello Mick,

I bought a ferroresonant transformer myself at that time, but these devices are only with small benefits at least for us and then they are also very rare. I have examined the transformer and tried everything possible also the diode plug. Then I got myself a small 3 phase transformer for small money and it also operated as standing wave generator, it is only a little more difficult because the magnetic shunt is larger and less energy is transferred to the C phase, but also a little more economical what the active power for the operation is concerned.

My problem is to synchronize everything, so that both diode plugs are the same, I think the push-pull windings must be the same, I still have to work on that. The pure function of the circuit works flawlessly and in the right setting, the energy is not reflective to the source, I've already done that. The impedance of the load must be very low, you can hear it already switching the semiconductors it is getting harder, then even the input power is additionally consumed down.

But I consume additional active power when operating the diode plug, which I think still needs to be greatly minimized.

At the moment I have little time to experiment again.

I can only recommend to anyone who wants to build it to work with large semiconductors, everything else is destroyed or overheated after a short time. With 200 amp diodes and thyristors everything stays cool.
But I'm about to rebuild the diode plug platform and to structure everything better and to build everything short and symmetrical line technology.

It's an interesting experiment, with very destructive energies. But I think it is the simpler system, even if it at first glance most complicated reads.

Hello Hector,

Do you still have a circuit for me with which I can force the thyristors to turn off faster without disturbing the resonance.
I had already thought of a capacitor on the cathode in series with a parallel resistor. Of course, the resistor again produces a positive phase shift which I do not want because additional energy is wasted again.

I stay tuned and am switching to power blocks with a balanced circuit.

I have already thought about directing the secondary energy of the Pushpull transformer directly into a battery, there are already short peaks of well over 500 volts, or maybe a heavy transformer as a choke in series with the battery, which absorbs the energy peaks and operates with a freewheeling diode as a buck converter ,

SvenYou have done a most inspirational series of experiments.The diode plugs may have to be made from individual diodes, each of which you test to make sure it has the same characteristics as the others in a bridge arrangement, as oposed to using a ready made diode bridge.Cheers Warren

 have to check the transfer function to match them maybe with a curve tracer.
 

 an inductor as example can have two curves that are not quite the same current rising and current dropping

Or make a small model as electronics is scalable. Also use protective networks as in commercial electronics. If going commercial protection against fire is required as well as protection against unskilled users. Lots of rules have to be followed.
