In space on the sunny side it's near 250 pluse on the dark it's 250 minus .
so keep rotating to get an even tan .or roast ? In the flat earth group do

Even though the particles (plasma) in space have the very high velocities representing high temperatures there are very big distances between them. It's not like the small distance between the molecules in the dense atmosphere of Earth. Thus there aren't many particles to transfer big amounts of heat to a body in space. It definitely isn't like transferring heat to a body by using a hair dryer of low temperature which actually transfers much more heat. In the high vacuum (very low pressure) of space radiation is the main conveyor of heat transfer. A mirror will reflect the radiation and thus doesn't heat much. LASER beams that will ignite paper just bounce off when hitting a mirror. Thus for radiation to heat an object the object has to be able to prevent reflecting that radiation. Solar heat collectors are made for not reflecting the radiation of heat.
