working perendev magnet motor

Hi all
 Here is youtube video of someome who seems to have built a working perendev motor....he changed the size of magnets to be 3/4"  log instead of 1" size, also used grade 42 magnets instead of grade,, and also changed the angle of the magnets too to  50 degrees instead 25 degrees...anyways looks to me he got it to work pretty good - kind of touchy for it to go,  but got it to spin by itself on just magnets...rotor looks bit wobbly takes a few tries to get it going too which to me makes me think this is legitimate....
 eventually he says it does wear down, but does 
sustain itself so that is good...Maybe with better precision to built, and grade 52 magnets it would work better maybe grade 42 is one reason it does work good....anyways  could be a project for some of you out there its just MDF board, wood, magnets and aluminum shaft and fittings....

Hi Douglas,

I heard about thus engine about 3 years ago, but the claim was it is a development by the military department in Serbia eastern Europe before the was of Jugoslawia.maybe t is the same machine or the aetechnology.  Do Ou have a real contact to the developer? 

I made some tests wit magnet Motors and maybe you need some kind of shieldings or material which guides the magnetic flow. Basically I am sure, that magnetic motors can run, but I never saw a running model in real.

 I have seen this, it is all a little suspect to me as he says it has electronic timing going on, also later on he says the servo motor is running too along with that ;self-starting is not the same as self-sustaining so I don't know why he uses the self starting phrase.....it could be all good however but I just don't know for sure about it as I think it is electric motor assisted...I like the rotating piston-plate things it does make some sense how it would work.

Very astute observations, I was wondering about those very things myself my friend, But I can't help but wonder why someone would go through all the trouble to fake something useless! Makes no sense to me. Thank you for your reply Doug.

 I don't think he is faking anything, that machine is very real thing, he is just not very clear if it is assisted with a servo motor or not....when he is talking about watts, he is saying 1 watt or so, and I think that is the servo input watts but do not know what is going on.....
 I think there are lots of working permanent magnet-only motors out there and have been lots since Howard Johnson and Troy Reed showed it can be done ...
