Yep pretty straight forward .its close to a one to one on the
pulleys...about 4  inch's .doesn't mater much it runs for about 10 seconds
only I'm throwing in the towel and doing the big RV . the 7 and 5 HP going
to use that motor.to run it up but it should cost little .just the weight
of it .wow! Think I'll wire it up like the new release from hector see
whats what. Got that motor off eBay will get more info for you soon as I
can dig it out .hope its got more power . can you rerelease your diagram
for your RV set up that gained you 12 watts ? Thanks Jim 🤐

With all the dc motors I have, none looks like yours in that size. What
voltage are you using? It kind of looks like a European pump motor my Solar
Engineer friend Mike has.

Hi JamesI am on the road right now with only the cell phone.I will do a drawing of my RV setup as I remember it.It was pretty simple and primitive, a series connection on the capasitor tuning circuit with the transformer primary in that series circuit when the shunt across those wires was opened when the RV was taken up to speed, using the start capacitor.Once running at speed, it was tuning the RV to whatever load you are dealing with when the shunt switch is opened.My setup was complicated by using AC from the grid to do the starts, then switching over to the little battery and inverter for 60hz ac. using a double pole double throw switch.The variations were mostly done with dc, although, the one experiment skipped the transformer and fired up another Identical 3 hp Rv motor, after fudging the that motor up to speed, again, with grid AC using another double pole, double throw, switch, and a second RV tuning box.On this subject, I made several identical, and interchangable tuning boxes, all using the same kind of plugs and sockets, and having the same array of capacitors and switches.I hope this is for now, some help.Cheers Warren
