to fill that niche. Now look at the situation.Who can prove, who did what in the last 17.5 years? I now do not believe in patents, even though I had a U.S. one, back in the seventies. Yes, I sold an option on it, and made some money, plus, got a few years of work.What do I think now?Invent it, make it, use it, share it, flaunt it.Invention, no matter how conceited we may be about it, is the result of so many factors, that one must surely attribute discovery to the collective zeitgeist, yearning for change to something better.Lets hope we can share our ideas and experience to better the lot of all mankind, and yes , enjoy the gratitude, for our contributions, from our peers, and the World.Maybe Doug's youtube is not such a bad idea?Cheers Warren

sound to me like the continual effort to suppress ideas and projects that could benefit your average Joe.

Oh well, as it goes.
But a case in point for the importance of a secure place for this group and others to upload their accomplishments.
Like Stan Meyer and many many others that thought that they would finally get Rich with their inventions as soon as they had real financial backing, they were taken out and their inventions died with them!
We all need to have a secure place to upload all of our projects so they wont die with us when we go.

Warren has never been able to access files, Norman's access has always been messed up too,... half tbe group can never see photo attacbments posted, the.photo -files section is complete mess why even upload a pboto... its already useless to use this group as some great secure depository of collected information...better to have your own free website (google) and store stuff yourself on flasbdrive...and nowadays just take youtube video of experiments being done.
Wbat is good about this group is tbe people posting whatever tbey want to write, and tbe the excellent communication that goes on and that is gping to stay intact (they say it will at least) so i am not going to delete tbe group and make it dissapear.
Saddest thing is dec 16 they are going to erase the 18 years of arcbived conversations and messages. Already someone went through and colleccted all of Hectors postings, it is in files right now, i copied into flashdrive myself, so everyone should browse through the files while they have cbance, this next month and copy for themselves, and save onto ypur own flasbdrive all the good stuff you see.
If the new yaboogroups email- only format would at least make it pozsible to include attacmments in tbe emails, and make it so everyone can open the attachments, it would be a big improvement to how it is now.
