 I don't like to ban anyone ever...but this guy was a special case.. 
 For off grid, collect lots of lead acid golf cart style ("traction") batteries which are designed for thousands and thousands of charge-discharge-charge again cycles...
 Charge them with solar panels, hydro wheel, wind generators, gas generators, whatever it is you can muster, and include some sort of contraption that runs all day and night  like the bicycle wheel "Bedini wheel", or rotovertor running on 8watts, charging those batteries from run cap phase,  or muller generators, also drawing about 5 watts or less, and charging 10 batteries up pulse-charged via caps from generator coils plus the backemf/recoil/flyback from the motor coils to be charging.... those fisher and paykel motors from washing machines should make some nice battery charging generators as well...
