All the data shared on the www.resonantfractals.org site is public domain information, you are free to share it in any form you choose. The site is about comprehension, and advancing our methods of calculations that work.
It is not about any specific device you may want to patent, or any material you may want to copyright, designed from the techniques revealed, as you would use an electronics manual.
We have to first share the ABC,s of the vibration field, and how it couples into machines, offering the geometry and math to make it become useful. One man working alone will take a lifetime to develop.
If there is a project I do, and cannot gain control of the power, I will not share it publicly if there is no take down frequency value determined. I pushed the envelope on the water molecule document, but placed a warning on it. There are some fields that are very hard to take down, that can become disruptive to being inside them.
There are others that can knock down electronics nearby, I have with held.
We have not yet solved the problem with raising 8x octave Isotope conical fields and having the power grid attach to them, I cannot share the technique on how to set them up, as of yet, and it is far too easy to set these up if you have the correct data. The base 10x octave ones are perfectly safe to play with, set up and take down and using the calculations you can become familiar with how to design them and experiment with them.
Also there are some problems with using the earth core resonance frequencies, that are disruptive to EM devices, and I have sealed away that work. Results were simply too powerful for an inexperienced person to play with casually.
The vibration resonance work is giving all the clues of how the Saucers likely work, but we are no where at that level of control that would be needed, just scratching the surface with inertial effects.
As most may be aware at this time Ralph Ring was present with Otis Carr using Tesla's notebook when they built and tested a working Saucer craft. Ralph suggests it was done also using a lot of intuition, but I do not believe that myself, I think Tesla had it ciphered. The UTRON is all about it's geometry.
Anyone can study this stuff, it is only when you start looking at where the mass is located in the atom and the frequencies to access that level, where things begin to happen for real. That has been my experience, and all the information is already out there in our current sciences. The only thing my site has done is bring it all together and make the connections, then begin to quantify this new energy form and establish ways to measure and work with it.
