*Abstract*
*After retiring from a 30-year military career as an Ordnance Officer,
Aviator and R&D specialist, I dove right into the Civilian Research &
Development Field.Read all I could find on the works of Nikola Tesla, T.
Townsend Brown, Moray, Hooper and all the others in the field of
Alternative Energy. ???Yes???! In the early days I bought every book Tom
Bearden wrote. Being an Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Graduate
and Aviator, I have a deep interest in the field of Anti-Gravitics,
advanced electrical energy development and a special interest in the
field of Plasma Physics. Working everyday in the field of HVAC,
Electrical & Electronics hands on experience, I ran across strange
electrical phenomenon for which conventional electrical knowledge could
not answer my curiosity. Actually, creating an EMP event
(Magneto-Electric) on my work bench made me turn to the NASA and various
Universities Research on the Solar CME, magnetic ropes, Anti-Parallel
Magnetic Flux Annihilation-Reconnect Phenomenon. A study of Nuclear
(NEMP), Non-Nuclear (NNEMP) gave a very clear view of ???How to??? create
the effect.My local research is named ???Neutral Spike??? and was derived
from the Ferro resonance Phenomenon frequently encountered in the
Electrical Power Distribution Industry and Nikola Tesla???s page 25 of the
Colorado Springs Notes. Tesla???s work in Telegraphy in 1899 in his
Houston St. Lab laid the ground works for the working principle of the
future Warden cliff Tower for worldwide power distribution. The exercise
at Colorado Springs was to verify his vision and methodology of Earth
Transmitted Energy.The study of EMP (Neutral Spike) is interesting for
it opens a whole new ???CAN of Worms??? in that was are discussing

energy and heating at point of Annihilation then an ultra-powerful
