Neutral Center Energy has jumped from the theory of Tesla and Keely onto the workbench in many forms.
Another such form is to take 2 ring magnets that look like wedding rings and place a Neutral Centre washer inbetween and create a Zero Point inside the Human Bio Field. Anyone care to theorize on what this would do to the manifestation of Radiant Energy and the Load of Bio Energy????
