I know from my Bedini experiments, that faster charge times are possible with even old fashioned liquid filled lead acid batteries.I'm not sure exactly why, but the major suspicion is in quantum physics. Richard Feynman's theories regarding crystal matrix formations on the atomic, and sub atomic levels, give the strongest points in favour of quantum involvement in the charging.The battery/capacitor concept is very interesting when you go to tiny matter involvement.The idea of using a solid glass prevents the mechanical movement as you charge capacitors, making them very stable. It is like a ceramic enamel coating on metal layer sandwiched together.Were can we buy some?Cheers Warren

 People can believe whatever they want but there is no better scientific study than the en vivo one resulting of the proliferation of portable cell phones from zero to just about everyone in a ten year stretch.  Go look for an increase in brain cancer that is not greater than a statistical skew of one percent.  With 4 watts of RF next to our earholes right into our collective brains for 20 years and no increase in brain cancer since before cell phones would pretty well indicate their safety.  Anybody who doubts this go look up the stats and compare them yourself as I did. Rife used RF to cure cancer so just maybe the cell phones are preventing cancer... Radiation from the sun is pretty damn high and if we were not designed to handle this then perhaps the much weaker non ionizing sources could be questioned concerning health, otherwise it's a bit of an insult to the designers of the containers.
