Sitting in an electric bath one doesnt have to 'do' anything.
 

 With the electrodes, one has Parallel Mind work to do either as practicing medicine on oneself or on another. To do no Mind Work, will see the electrodes operate less efficiently. Its like how 'perfect' a crystal does the Emotos Procedure want to create.
 

 After you energize yourself by holding the electrodes in the hands like you have been doing Lorne, after about a minute of holding them, take the Pos left hand electrode and touch the tip of your nose (not letting it touch the fingers either). Even hold it there for a few seconds and you will taste the 'ozone' your every cell in your body is making. Then reattach the Pos to your left hand to "set" this frequency and then disconnect in the correct order.......  Comprehende?
