Homeless type fuck- ups are not thrown in prison here in Belarus.  They aree immediately taken off street  put into hospitals for mentally ill as they have those here still.they were never closed down like in USA. Being socialist,  amd not spending trilliond on wars and miliyary.lije usa, homes are cbeap, my wife just sbowed me cure concrete home outside of minsk by river fo 15k!! There is no unemployment here, if you don't work they give you job shoveling snow racking leaves sweeping sidewalks hauling shit etc ( public works programs also shut down in usa) in fact if you are unemployed they make you pay a tax here! Opposite of USA.
Who are in jail are teiives, drug dealers and users (11 years for weed...they dont have alcohol and drug treatment cemyets here you do something stupid your excuse is .not being drunk or on pills you go to ducking jail) and interesting anyone who has a bard-on for packing a gun goes to jail. It is the unthinkable to carry a gun here as you will go to jail. I like it l!! Out of control in USA since everybody does carry a gun already you need one to stay protected from neighbors not so in belarus it's very safe in streets.
.metbod of subduing criminals is not 5 cop card 12 cops pointing guns o tazers  but instead big wood stick on head. Families important here people take care of parents if old parents left alone they have program where social services come by every other day check in see how it's going get them medicine etc.  It's free too...
