DaveI must apologise, I attempted to first read this email when at work on the property, with a crew to manage.I blew it off with the "sensitive", and did not really read it, at the time.Actually, quite interesting!I did research in the 1980's, with a close touch to this, doing a medical research gig, for six months.It led me to meet some amazing work others were doing, all pre- Internet, via telephone, and meeting in person.I ended up inventing a plastic explosives detector, weird as that relation sounds, based on some of the discoveries of other studies, by people who had noticed anomalies similar to what you are mentioning.I was head of research building a machine that exploited a medical patent of a Japanese doctor, Motiyama, which the company had purchased. It was a interactive computer coupled, para sympathetic nervous system device, that connected the acupuncture points, back of the nails, to internal organs, and built a data base, placed on a spread sheet, using a vast array of subject people, in clinical studies, to develop patterns.I was uniquely un-qualified, and was likey hired on the strength of a Toronto Globe an Mail article calling me a "wizard" for my work on a science fiction film, where I put flying saucers in the air.I was put in charge of 33 million dollars for six months, to do something with this Japanese patent, that I knew nothing about, or, at that time, even believe in acupuncture, as anything other than voodoo. My big personal breakthrough happened when I was able to accurately plot acupuncture points using a digital multimeter, taking a ball point pen, and putting little circles on those spots, that showed a vastly different resistance to surrounding tissue.I had a 300 year old Chinese text on acupuncture translated into English, with our own team of translators on contract. It made very little sense, with lots of gobly gook, explanation, regarding the endocrine system, but then, the chart showing the acupuncture points, was bang on my own observations, using the multimeter.I just wanted to know how those guys figured out some centuries earlier, how to stab those ball point circle targets?What kind of channels, or pathways connected them to internal organs?That led me to Dr. Duckworth, the great anatomist, in Ontario, responsible for teaching doctors anatomy at Shedoke medical centre, at the University, in Hamilton.Meeting with Dr. Duckworth, he seized on to me, when I simply asked the question about acupuncture, and how did it physically connect?It turned out to be his personal passion, and quest. He had been studying just this, for years!He became a mentor.I had more people, and money, at my disposal, than either of us could ever dream of.I worked late into the night, reading everything I could on this conductive channel system in the body, that was not recognized by mainstream medicine.There was a "life force" communication going on between various internal organs, that had little to do with neural pathways.My reading led me to the work of professor Calahan, from the University of Florida, at Gainsville, an entimologist, a bug guy, whose studies of the corn ear moth's mating communication, found that somehow, it worked even through glass! We both found this astounding. Dr Calihan was an amazing researcher. This biologist actually walked across the campus to the physics department with his quest to find what invisible energy his corn ear moths were employing to get laid.It became a whole spectroscopic analysis of the energy forces. All this time, my team back in Toronto, was producing the first IBM clone double sided laptop board, to power our clinic ready diagnostic machine, totally compliant, to roll onto a hospital ward, on its four casters, ready to be plugged into patients, pending clinical studies, and database development.I had spent less than 1 million for everything, and everybody.The principals in the company, who had received the 33mil tax grant used the rest of the money, exploiting a grant loophole, to leverage the funds to build high rise office towers in downtown Toronto, then buy castles for themselves in Europe, and piss off. Samsung in South Korea, bought the motherboards we developed for the laptop, as the guys in charge, liquidated as many assets as they could, leaving the our research in Limbo, as it was just then realised, a front, for their scheme, to grab the money. I barely had time to grab my jacket and tie, before my lab was sold under our feet, and we made our way to the door.It was back to my special effects studio for me.A clue: smell organs, and this peculiar energy are connected. This energy travels through glass, no problem. It seems vital to life.A very interesting pursuit!My whole team loved doing what we were doing. It was not a matter of money. It was pure fun. The Romex tuning stub is a measuring device. It is scalar cancelling on the two electric flows with an earth gound running down the center. You can cut it to "mass resonance" such that it will bring up a diamagnetic vibration field bubble if you have the formula for mass vibration frequency. This is a nuclear vibration.

3 field forces
If we backtract to Wilbert Smiths mental model of the three field forces, and consider them in the heirarchy which they have to originate in order to end up with a universe as we observe, we have to accept that the first force is not ElectroMagnetic Fields.
If we look then into QED physics with only the right questions it becomes clear.
Tempic Field - is linear drop off in distance and has the greatest reach through space.
Electric field - is an Area force, and drops off as distance squared
Magnetic field - is a cubed or 3D field, and it drops off very fast with small reach through space by a distance cubed function.
The concept of the atom shows we have an electron shell in the form of a sphere that does not crash into the proton shell inside it, due to something they state as the strong force and declare it a mystery for the mainstream comprehension level, and not to think about it.
There is a field operating between Electron shell and Proton shell that you can not define using electromagnetic fields, peroid. In classical physics this is termed a mystery. Yet the builders of the A bomb figured it out, they used platonic form compressive vibration fields to split through the strong force.
This is why it was suppressed as a secret. There is really no better reason then that.
They had their proof in a big way, but it was not necessary, as we do not need to explode the atom to derrive energy from it.

Some people have been able to create electric field balls in the air, but they do not self sustain very long.
Can anyone here duplicate what a single atom does and create a field bubble shell that is spheriecal has a charge and self sustains using only electromagnetic means? Theory of electic fields really cannot come up with any real solution that works.
You can use a capacitor to store a charge separation but doing it as sphere in the air is another matter.

There is a thrid field that Wilbert Smith spoke of, and my work has been to be able to identify, measure, then be able to calculate and engineer it. As a science. It lies at 90 degree to both the fields of EM. This should sound familiar here, as it is the field of the direction of motion of objects through space. The notiion that a motion through space of an object can be calculated as a "field force" is self eveident, and yet foriegn to our training. We were trained to always need EM to explain it, believing the power came from the EM field and light velocity was a constant that could not be changed by altering the space it travels through.
It just so happens it also has a feel felt conscious effect, as Wilbert describbed.
You cannot measure it using an electric meter, or a magnetic sensing meter directly. You have to feel it directly as sensitives do. It can freeze the electrons from moving down a wire and create a nodal point where no electric field can traverse through it. On this point if you touch it, you may be able to sense the "light effect" inside your head, but it will not move an EM meter at all. EM drops away all around it.
I did not like this at all, and sought to discover how to move a meter with it, for some proof. I failed to date.
We can use it to move a meter on one precise frequency, but we cannot build a meter that will detect all frequencies in vibration through the background medium and read them out on a display, not yet. Just as Hector cannot yet develop a capacitor that changes it's capacitance to match the load on the circuit and keep the EM side in resonance with out making manual adjustments.
If you figure out how to set up a self sustaining atom at 9 to 10 foot in diameter, then the meters can reveal the charge from the fields ability to organize them, but to have comprehension of how to set the field up, you have to have the vibration energy part, and that is a whole new technology, and I have only just opened a door to it at this point, proving it to myself.
With it you can do things resembeling what Joe does, and record the frequencies for science as well.
There is only truth in the science if it is understood correctly, and there is only truth in what Joe does intuitively because it works.

The atom has something called a "diamagnetic field," it will repell both magnetic poles of a magnet.
This is why the electron shell does not crash into the proton shell, and you cannot set one of these up without using that field to hold the outer electron shell in it's sphere. This is more powerful then the electromagnetic fields, as it holds them in place, it is recorded by science as 137 times stronger then electric fields can become.
The Joe Cell can be set up to become radiant with this kind of field, and you can palm it around the cell as circles of higher density in the air. Thus you can study it only with vibration sensitivity, as it will not shock you at all, and is more healing then sending any electrical fields of current through your body, because it can penetrate right through all the mass in a straight line.
After this vibration field is in place, then you can discover ways to magnetize it in strange and mysterous ways. But the field does not rely on EM at all to self sustain. If that were true we could destroy atoms using magnetic fields.
I can explain the science of how the vibration is able to move directly through the atom, through its central mass, while the electrons move only around in spheres that cannot enter. But that is how the numbers work out in physics from the direct measurements they can do.
And because this path of vibration has direct access to the nuclear level, we can use it to read atomic frequencies without the electron shells skewing it. The NVR chart is a proof to anyone who wants to take up detection of elements inside any sample. NMR and MRI need elaborate equipment to do this simple thing by decoding the electric skew on the electron shell from using magnetic fields to set up the detection system.
Sensitive people can also do a scan on your body, and come up with accurate things, but few would be able to relate this to what atoms are present there and directly to science, as we can now using the NVR charts and such methods that work.

This energy is the prime one of nature, and the EM fields ride over it's zero point level of tension in the background field.
It is a 1 dimensional field force, and drops off as distance. I have made fields that reached out for hundreds of feet. Fields strong enough to influence the inertial effect of acceleration in engines and in cars.
The technology is not limited to Electrical Application, because electric fields do not stop it, it can stop or bend them around. Vibration fields can bend the path of light with incredibly small amounts of power.
I worked with a cell in my car for a time and ended up changing the tension of the crystal in my clock on my cars dash.. It has never recovered and continues to gain about 10 minutes a month. No electrical fields to speak of in that, no lightening.
We can consistently set up SSF self sustaining mass vibration fields on Joe Cell geometry tubes, using calipers or scalar coils, and "all sensitives" will agree on their presence, that they do self sustain, and that the power is a function of the amount of mass in coherent vibration. This can be done using math and geometry.
This is a major breakthrough for the sensitives, as most sensitives have never agreed on anything at all through history. No more wild theories are necessary to explain the basics of what this energy is and where it's Source lies.
Eventually Science will reach a level to manipulate it, and the mystics willl be considered normal people and no different then anyone else, but they will have to drop their God complexes. I believe that any human can be taught this if they are ready.

Tempic field vibration trumps every thing else, as it can control everything else.
When you first make a powerful one, the reality of it, will likely scare you, and bend your reality severly.
That the most powerful field we have access to, can be manipulated by people like Joe is a scarry thought to a newbie, until they realize the field in itself is "intelligent."
Working with the vibration field will change your morality, and polarize you towards creation, rather then destruction, because that is what you are striving to have comprehension of. If it were any other way we would destroy ourselves very quickly, as would any culture reaching this point of development.
The supression likely will continue, and only allow glimpses of what could be if we would all orient towards creation. However it will open up also the power to destroy by default because you will understand the heirarchy of matter correctly.
