This is to NOT take away from Dave L's studies and experimentation's, nor his intuitive abilities.
But Dave is Fundamentally FLAWED in all his theories.
His website has much on JoeCells and I am sure Dave has read all that I have written on JoeCells and incorporates NOTHING of what I have written and so I must state that Dave L is part of the problem of just what a Joecell is and how it relates to the Atomic Structure... But in a world gone MAD with Theories, Dave is just another Mad Theorist.

I gave Dave what this Sequence is. The going through the Energy Forms of water. But Dave is sure he’s smarter than Joe or more intuitive or Sensitive. Dave cant get his mind around the fact the H and O theory of the Periodic Table of elements is pure bull shit and so cant truly step outside the Box to understand what his unique Tuning Forks (SS Callipers) are measuring.
Dam near every Cell he has pictures of is constructed WRONG either in the number of Cylinders or their HEIGHTS. Making them, a DaveLCell about which NOTHING can be deduced about JoeCells. Like Dan Winter and his Fractual Weights and geometric structures who bases his theories on JOECELL Implosion phenomena with a touch of Walter Russel and a whole lot of conjecture to come up with another point of view for the Magnetic Resonant Field Patterns they want to refer to as Fractals.
Dave hasn’t even considered the JoeCell CONE CELL. For Dave its all about making cars run and the mathematics of Engines and cylinders and their Metallurgy of elemental weights.
These two guys want to use JoeCells as a Foundation to their atomic theory without ever understanding what a JoeCell is. Namely. A Device using Magnetic Fields to Change the Memory of Water, where Everything is Memory Of Water. Rocks, Oil, Car Engines etc. Its ALL about a car engine for Dave L.

This "remaining anonymous" credit, was a product of Peter Stevens who passed off Joe as "just his Mechanic" so Peter became the JoeCell expert and Shiffliers Orgone Heresy ruled supreme. Joe considers the Internet part of the Beast and refuses to join it. I use the Beast to expose the Beast. The rest of you revel in it.
Without reading too much of his website, if this is the kind of LOGIC he uses, then the rest is highly suspect. (errr garbage or incomplete.)
