This is an experiment that Dave has been working for some time. He has done a beautiful winding job.  The theory is there but the implementation has certain difficulties... I haven't heard that he is there yet. 

 He is a psychic and so his self powering experiments are more certain than what you or I can, or could do. But it is all there if you want to work at it.
 

 His world view, the aether, dimensions (3rd, 4th, 5th) Ley lines, nodes etc is spot on, I have learned a lot.
