I really don't have the time for all kinds of experiments or even the money to buy everything. I have my own experiments taking time and resources. There is nothing wrong in oneself making proofs. Use the scientific method which is far from the way the flat earthers are doing science. Flat earthers do it more like religion (or belief) and won't even watch experiments disproving or showing faults or omissions in their theory or experiments. Look at all causes that can explain the observed phenomena. As you're using extremely high tension (EHT) to supply the current it will jump gaps and it will burn things. Experiments can be made to make sure seals aren't burned by preventing sparks jumping them. I'm not convinced that this doesn't happen with the limited explanation of the experiment. EHT can and will destroy any dielectrics when the tension reaches the breakdown voltage of the dielectric.

That's the problem as we don't really know which way the current passes. Both ends of the strut could be the path of least resistance. My suggestion is to have full control of which end the current enters and leaves the strut. This means connecting the ground to either the same or opposite end of the part where the current enters. Only this way it is possible to make a proper conclusion.
You really don't tell which way the current runs like if it has to pass the gas. If it does so it also has to jump between the cylinder wall and the rod. If doing that the current will take the path of least resistance which is probably along the dielectric of the piston (creep current) or at the end seal. I see burning a seal just as good an explanation as changing the density of the gas.

So NO, you cannot judge the Theory by your Flat Earth Mentality without doing the experiment. Which makes your opinion about as valuable as the Flat Earthers.
Oh and dont just touch the spark to the same spot 3 times, vary the current flow so that the gas isnt in the flow of current so no burning holes or leaky rubber seals by burning eventuates.Touch the extended shaft right near where it is grounded to the frame of the car. Change your mindset Ole... Try to see that what I say is 100% correct and ask for clarification. Not your rubbishing attitude. Its not a lot of fun dealing with such a mindset as yours. Kone and his no traction in levitation is another. literally 100's saw it and so to did Australian Security and Intelligence Organisation in Canberra see it too. The only reason Joe is alive is they cant reverse engineer it. I have much better conspiracies than the flat earthers.
