Running liquids through the centre of a ring magnet transmutes or re-structures the Magnetic Field Pattern of the dissolved solids within the water. Car exhaust air running through a modified Hot Dog Muffler with a couple ring magnets placed geometrically inside, easily makes the air ‘fresh’ again. Understanding this Atomic Structure can lead to harvesting energy from the water, which is why we are here, yes? Its why Norm started the Cold Fusion discussion. If water and thus all 'elements' made, or in the water, are so easily changed of their Density with just a spark, it must follow that water is electric in its atomic structure. When one places a drop of food dye in a glass of water, its not long before the dye is evenly distributed within the water structure of the glass. The Water is in constant 'motion' within itself. If the water is 'electro-magnetic', then consider the glass of water like billions of tiny magnets all in constant motion. One would think all there would be is to drop a "COLLECTOR" in the water to harvest the 'electricity'. At room temp and normal glass filling procedures in a stable magnetic Field (the earths) The movement of the billions of tiny magnets are in Harmony with their surround Fields. So there is NOT a 'differential' in potential between the glass of water with a collector immersed within the water with 2 wires hanging off it and its Surrounds (yet). One needs to HYPERCHARGE the water or change its Electro-Magnetic Potential by adding magnetic energy as electricity. There are many such devices for adding a new Memory Frequencies or its vibrating or swirling of the billions of tiny magnets in Motion (its frequency as in mass spectrometer numbers). The Sun is one ‘device’. A JoeCell is another. A Baghdad Battery will do just fine as well. River 'currents' charge the water by increasing the swirl rate globally of the river water.
When one raises the vibration rate of the glass of water, the billions of tiny magnets within the water are swirling at a different rate than their surrounds. So a potential difference exists. This potential difference can be collected and transferred and utilized by wires from the Water that are attached to something like one half of an old radio tuner that has 50 or so plates of aluminium that are intermeshed to tune the radio. Its designed to collect vibrations of minuscule differences. Vibrations equal energy. Frequency is energy. The liquid magnet of the glass of water now imparts a, different to its surrounds, vibration to the aluminium collector. A POTENTIAL DIFFFERENCE to collect as the Fields try to Equalize.
To “make electricity” one has to HYPERCHARGE the generator. When one is spinning a magnet, it is in effect, HYPERCHARGING the copper coil. Each passing of the magnet within the Field of the Coil, increases the ‘charge’ of the coil. 60 pulses of magnet charge per second, is available throughout the entire conductive wiring system. The stronger the magnet and the more winds on the coils, the greater the Potential Difference. Its not rocket science, its using one’s eyes and brains to see what is really happening when spinning a magnet in a generator. Much like sparking a strut to understand Density. The moment one speculates what is happening without doing the experiment, the less one will ever understand about Magnetic Energy.
This “Particle Science Theory of Everything” only has as its basis, the adding of more marbles to the mix to explain the observable phenomena. Pathetic really. Even Walter Russell has only 2 references to Magnetics in his vast collection of writings. What is presented here is 100 years ahead of time.
Hypercharging Water is a whole lot easier than heavy metals. And finding an old radio tuner is getting more difficult all the time. So make one… the Formula is a 3 to 1 ratio of size, shape, spacing and dimensions of the aluminium plates. (the number for heaven is 3 remember? So 3 gives the heavenly energy of what Creation is made of…. Plasma Energy.) Even better if one alternates copper and aluminium plates as the collector metals. The Aqua Chi water module will do this if one knows how to super or muli hyper-charge the water with it. The Joecell only requires a once charge of the water. As the Memory change of Frequency is permanent in the glass of water, the battery lasts forever.
