The problem with minerals is save assimilation if you just use colloidal on
some you can get by but the particay size is relevant here .using a plasma
hi voltage set up with a water bath to collect the metals you can get down
to like one atom size making assimilation easy .but things like chrome are
poison in all forms unless there plant derived .all metals like zinc and
chrome and like over 90 different types are assimilated much better by
plant derived types .you just add them to your hydroponic water and eat
salads .adding like five of the rare earths with double your life span
.proven .theres many forms of starvation and minerals are very sneaky they
come on you very slowly by 40 you almost dont have any chrome left and
you've all seen white hair this is that lack showing its self .and your
dying.slowly .
