Because he can't maintain a school, has personality disorder and attacks
his students- narrow bandwidth.  As soon as the port opens he makes sure
to close it, shut it down so no knowledge can be accepted. Grandstanding
sensationalism, like a cheap carny ride.  It's sad because the man has
some insight's just too occluded to know better and increase his own
bandwidth.  Sad to watch, like a knife throwing octopus chopping off his
own tentacles to spite his beak.
