Metals should be given only in trace element amounts. Copper cookware is often tin lined as tin is a non-reactive metal and copper can leech into the food without a lining. Toxic metals are necessary as trace elements only.

 Actually I think I am one of the few here that has some understanding of what it is you are talking about. In my mind I was just playing devils advocate.
 

 I have limited psychic abilities. I can make Chi Balls, do self and remote healing but that is about it.
 

 $170 US is $229 Canadian, plus shipping is getting up there for me to buy something of unknown value. I suspect the material cost to be in the area of $35? hence I was asking for guidance in building one  as I am a builder with a love of making things. Turns out to be educational and very rewarding. I have lots of questions.
